JANA SUNANI PORTAL (GoLive on 1st Nov, 2021)

It's a new Public Grievance Redressal System of Government of Odisha which was made GoLive on 1st November, 2021.
Citizens can lodge their grievance through multiple platforms of this System.

Citizens can apply to concerned authorities base on the subject matter of their Grievances. 
1) Governor
2) Chief Minister
3) Chief Secretary
4) Departments
5) Collectors
6) Superintendent of Police


Grievances on the following subject are not accepted in this portal
1) Right to Information Act
2) Court Matter
3) National/State Security

Note : The existing e-Abhijoga portal (www.cmgcodisha.gov.in) will be redirected to Jana Sunani portal automatically. The pending cases has been migrated to the new portal.
