Important Orders regarding Answer Key, Individual Marks & Objections

ଗତକାଲି ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା। ଆଶାକରେ ସେମାନେ ବହୁତ ଭଲ କରିଥିବେ। ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଏତେ ସହଜ ଭାବୁଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ, ବାସ୍ତବରେ ଓପିଏସସି ପରୀକ୍ଷାର Question Standard କିଛି ମାତ୍ରାରେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର। ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ଭାବେ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ହାରାହାରି ୨୪୦ ଗୋଟିଏ ଭଲ ମାର୍କ କିନ୍ତୁ ୨୫୦ ଏକ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ମାର୍କମାର୍କ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଏ। ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ମାନେ ଏହାର ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିସାରିଲେଣି। ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନେ ସେଥିରୁ ହିସାବ କରିପାରିବେ କିମ୍ବା ନିଜେ ଉତ୍ତର ଖୋଜି ନିଜର OMR Sheet ସହ ତୁଳନା କରି ମାର୍କ ହିସାବ କରିପାରିବେ। ଫଳରେ ନିଜେ ନିଜର ସ୍ଥାନ ବିଷୟରେ କିଛିଟା ଅନୁମାନ କରିହେବ।

ତେବେ, ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସରିବା ପରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଆଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ। ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାର କୋଳାହଳ ଏବେ ଶାନ୍ତ। ତେବେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ଭଲ କରିଥିବା ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ନିଜର ମାର୍କ ଏବଂ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ଉତ୍ତର (Answer Key) ସରକାରୀ ଭାବେ ଓପିଏସସି ଦ୍ୱାରା କେବେ ମିଳିବ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସୁକତାର ସହ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତଦ୍ ସହିତ କିଛି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଭୁଲ ଥିବାରୁ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଚିନ୍ତାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏ ସବୁର ଉତ୍ତର ପାଇଁ ଓପିଏସସି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେତୋଟି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆସରିଛି।

ଯଦି କୌଣସି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଭୁଲ ଥାଏ କିମ୍ବା ୪ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ତର ରେ ଅସୁବିଧା ଥାଏ ତେବେ ସେ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଓପିଏସସିର ଇମେଲ opsc@nic.in କୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ୩ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଜଣାଇ ପାରିବେ।

Online Application & Technical Assistance:

ଓପିଏସସି ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ସମସ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ କେବଳ ଅନଲାଇନ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆବେଦନ କରାଯାଉଛି। କିଛି ଅସୁବିଧା ତଥା ଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱ ଆସିଲେ, ସକାଳ ୧୦ଟାରୁ ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୫ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଟେଲିଫୋନ ନଂ- ୧୮୦୦-୩୪୫୬୭-୭୦ କିମ୍ବା ୧୫୫୩୩୫ କୁ କଲ କରିପାରିବେ।

Display of marks of Candidates in website:

- ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ଫଳାଫଳ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବା ପରେ ହିଁ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ମାର୍କ (Cut Off Mark) ଓ ଉତ୍ତର (Answer Key) ପ୍ରକାଶ କରାଯିବ।

- ମେରିଟ ଲିଷ୍ଟରେ କାହାର ମାର୍କ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ।

- ଓପିଏସସି କେବଳ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ମାର୍କ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବ। ଜଣେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକର ମାର୍କ ଦେଖିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଏହି ଲିଙ୍କ୍ କେବଳ ୩୦ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ରହିବ।

Supply of photocopies of Answer Scripts & Mark Sheets :

- ଜଣେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ କେବଳ ନିଜର ଉତ୍ତର ଖାତାର ନକଲ ମଗାଇ ପାରିବ। ଅନ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀର ତଥ୍ୟ ମାଗିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

- ଟେଜେରୀ ଚାଲାଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପ୍ରତି ବିଷୟ ପାଇଁ ୪୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପୈଠ କରି ନିଜର ନାମ, ରୋଲ ନଂ, ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ନଂ ତଥା ଠିକଣା ସହିତ ଆବେଦନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ।

Re-evaluation Or Rechecking of Answer Sheets:

ମାନ୍ୟବର ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ଙ୍କ ରାୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଓପିଏସସି ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ କୌଣସି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ରେ ପୁନଃ ମୂଲ୍ୟାଙ୍କନ (re-evaluation / re-checking) କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ।

ASO Examination : Countdown started

ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ଭଳି ବହୁ ପ୍ରତୀକ୍ଷିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ କାଉଣ୍ଟ ଡାଉନ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ବହୁ ଦିନର ଆଶା, ଆକାଙ୍କ୍ଷା, ପଦବୀ ବଢିବା କମିବା, ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେଉଁ ସଂସ୍ଥା କରିବ, ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେବେ ହେବ ଏଭଳି ଅନେକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ଯବନିକା ପଡି ସରିଛି। ଶହେରୁ ଅଧିକ ୟୁଟ୍ୟୁବରେ ବର୍ଷ ତମାମ ଉପଦେଶ, ସମ୍ଭାବିତ ଖବର, ଟେଷ୍ଟ ସିରିଜ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେ଼ଷ୍ଟା କରାଯାଇଛି। ହ୍ୱାଟ୍ସଆପ ତଥା ଟେଲିଗ୍ରାମ ରେ ଗ୍ରୁପ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ବି କିଛି କମ୍ ନୁହେଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେସବୁର କିଏ କେତେ ଫାଇଦା ନେଇପାରିଛି ଆଉ କିଏ ମୂଳ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ବିଚ୍ଯୁତ ହେଇ ଅଯଥା ସମୟ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଛି ତାହା କାଲିର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ରୁ ଜଣାପଡିବ। ନିଜର ବର୍ଷ ତମାମ ପରିଶ୍ରମ, ପରିବାରର ସହାୟତା, ଭଗବାନଙ୍କ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ହିଁ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଭିତରୁ ୭୯୬ ଜଣ ବାଛିବାରେ ସହାୟତା କରିବ। ଆଶା କରିବା କି ସମସ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର Best ଦେବେ। ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଭକାମନା।

ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟଜଳ ବିଭାଗ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏକ ଆନ୍ତଃବିଭାଗୀୟ ଫୁଟବଲ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଗତ ୨୨.୦୮.୨୦୨୨ ତାରିଖରେ ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଏହା ଉଦ୍ଘାଟିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୬.୦୯.୨୦୨୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ରେ ୩୪ଟି ବିଭାଗ ୮ଟି ଗ୍ରୁପ୍ ରେ ବିଭାଜିତ ହୋଇ ଖେଳୁଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରତି ଦଳରେ ୫ଜଣ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାର ପ୍ରାବଧାନ ରହିଛି।

OPSC ASO Admit Card for 21.08 2022 will be valid for exam on 27.08.2022

The Examination Centers allocated earlier for ASO written examination scheduled to be held on 21.08.2022 will remain unchanged for the ASO written examination rescheduled to be held on 27.08.20022 (Saturday).

The Admission Certificate downloaded earlier from the OPSC website for the ASO written examination scheduled to held on 21,08.2022 is also valid for the rescheduled ASO written examination on 27.08.2022.

The candidates need not download Admission Certificate afresh.

Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Mahapatra's tenure extended again

The Centre has approved the extension of services of Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra for another six months. His tenure will now end on February 28, 2023. This is the second time the tenure of the CS got an extension.

ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ତା.୨୧.୦୮.୨୦୨୨ରିଖ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ADMIT CARD ଏବଂ INSTRUCTIONS ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ରାଜ୍ଯର ବନ୍ୟା ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ତଥା ସାମାଜିକ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ରେ ଆଶାୟୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଅନୁରୋଧ ରକ୍ଷାକରି ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୧ ତାରିଖକୁ ବାତିଲ କରି ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୭ ତାରିଖ ରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ପୁନଃ ସ୍ଥିର କରାଯାଇଛି। (RESCHEDULE)

କିନ୍ତୁ ଅନେକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ପୁଣିଥରେ ୨୭ ତାରିଖ ପାଇଁ ଆଉ ଏକ ADMIT CARD ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଯେହେତୁ ଓପିଏସସି ତରଫରୁ ଏପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ କୌଣସି ପୂର୍ବ ସୂଚନା ଆସିନାହିଁ, ଆମ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭାବି ନେବାକୁ ପଡିବ କି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପୂର୍ବ ନିର୍ଧାରିତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରେ ହିଁ ହେବ। ଆଉ ଯେହେତୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସେହି ଏକା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରେ ହେବାର ଅଛି, ତେଣୁ ଆଉ ଏକ ADMIT CARDର ଆବଶ୍ଯକତା ପଡିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ମୋର ପୂର୍ବ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା କହୁଛି। ତେଣୁ ଅଯଥା ଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱ ରେ ନ ରହିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ। କିନ୍ତୁ ହଁ, ଯଦି ବନ୍ୟାକୁ ଦ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ରେ ରଖି, କିଛି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୁଏ, ତେବେ କେବଳ ସେହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବେ ADMIT CARD ଜାରି କରାଯାଇ ପାରେ। ତଥାପି ଓପିଏସସି ତରଫରୁ ଆଜି ଭିତରେ ଏ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲେ ଭଲ ହୁଅନ୍ତା।

ସମସ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଗତ ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷାକୁ ଉତ୍ସୁକତାର ସହିତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରି ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏବେ ସରକାର ମଧ୍ଯ ଏହାକୁ ଶ୍ରୁଙ୍ଖଳିତ ଭାବେ ସମାପନ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ବାହାରିବାର ୮ ମାସ ପରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ପାଇଁ ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ସମୟ ପାଇପାରିଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି ଏକ ପତ୍ର ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ମୋଟ ୭୯୬ ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ମୋଟ ୨,୦୬,୮୫୦ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଆବେଦନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୩୩ଟି ଜୋନର ୪୮୨ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯିବ। CLICK HERE ଉକ୍ତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଡାକଡି କରିବାକୁ ଓପିଏସସି ତରଫରୁ ପୋଲିସ ପ୍ରଶାସନକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରାଯାଇଛି।

'Postpone OPSC ASO exam' demand thickens

Many candidates belonging to the flood-hit districts took to Twitter to air their grievances and urged the authorities to reschedule ASO examination scheduled on August 21 keeping the disaster in mind.

With many districts in Odisha facing grave flood situation, hundreds of job aspirants intensified their demand for postponement of the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examination scheduled to be conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on August 21.

ଏବେ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ର ବିଗୁଲ ବାଜି ସାରିଛି। ହାତରେ ମାତ୍ର ୫ଦିନ ବାକି ରହିଛି। ଆଡମିଟ କାର୍ଡ଼ ମଧ୍ଯ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହୋଇ ସାରିଲାଣି। ଏବେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ କେବଳ ନିଜ ପରିଶ୍ରମର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବାର ଅଛି। ହେଲେ ଅନେକ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ Nervous ଅନୁଭବ ହେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଲାଣି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ସ୍ୱଭାବିକ କଥା। ତଥାପି ଶେଷ ସମୟରେ ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରଖିବା ସହିତ ମନୋବଳ ବଢାଇବା ଆବଶ୍ଯକ। ସେହିପରି ୪୦୦ ମାର୍କ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦରକାର। କିଏ ଜାଣେ, ଏହି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନର ସେହି ୪-୫ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଜୀବନରେ ଗୋଟେ ବିରାଟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିପାରେ। ଶେଷ ଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ନକରି ଆଡମିଶନ ଲେଟର ( ଆଡମିଟ କାର୍ଡ଼) ଡାଉନଲୋଡ୍ କରିନିଅନ୍ତୁ। ସେଥିରେ ଥିବା Instructions ଗୁଡିକ ପଢି ନିଅନ୍ତୁ।

Download Admit Card for ASO Examination

Now Admit Card for ASO Examination is available in OPSC website since 12.08.2022. But many candidates facing difficulties in downloading their Admission Letter. In response to their problem, the IT Cell of OPSC has mentioned in twitter that the server is experiencing high load. But download process is going on. So Candidates are requested to try again.

Promotion of Handloom clothes

As a present of respect to Odisha weavers, Arabinda Kumar Padhee, IAS who took charge of Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department, on Wednesday urged staff of the Department, Directorates as well as Corporations to put on handlooms a minimum of as soon as per week (Friday). Besides, Sri Padhee has banned use of Bidi, Cigarette, Gutkha and other such materials inside office campus.

Consumer Price Index of June reaches 129.2 : Expected DA hike by 4% from July

The All India Consumer Price Index for June, 2022 reaches 129.2 with an increase of 0.2 points. Based on calculation, the DA reaches 38% till June, 2022. Hence Central Government may declare a hike of 4% w.e.f July, 2022.

Note : Central Government employees are getting DA @34% w.e.f. 01.01.2022
