Steps may be taken for inclusion of 06 Years of contractual service period as qualifying service for all purposes including Seniority /Promotion /MACP in lieu of Promotion etc in line with the Promotion Adalat decision in respect of ATOs in Skill Development and Technical Education Department
It's not reasonable to exclude majority of contractual employees as in principle decision taken by Promotion Adalat to include 06 Years of contractual service period as qualifying service in case of ATOs in SDTE Deptt. and the same should be extended to similarly placed employees across the state Government Departments by a common order mutatis mutandis.
