ASO aspirants !! All the Best
ସମୟ ନିକଟତର ହେଇଆସୁଛି। ନିଜର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ ବାସ୍ତବ ରୂପ ନେବାକୁ କିଛି ଔପଚାରିକତା ବାକି ରହିଛି। ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନର ସେହି ୫ ଘଣ୍ଟାକ ଭିତରେ ସମୟ ଅନୁକୂଳ ହେଲେ ସଚିବାଳୟର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳୟ ଭିତରକୁ ପଶି ନିଜେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶାସନ କଳର ଏକ ଅଂଗ ହେବାର ଅବସର ମିଳିବ। ତା ପରେ ସରକାରୀ ଚାକିରୀ ଜନିତ ନିୟମକାନୁନ ଭିତରେ ନିଜର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ଗଢିବା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଜାରି ରହିବ। ହଁ ମୁଁ ଏଠାରେ ସେହି ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କଥା କହୁଛି।
ସମୟ ନିର୍ଘଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ। ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୧ ତାରିଖ। ୩ଟି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୪ଟି ବିଷୟ ର ପରୀକ୍ଷା। ୪୦୦ ମାର୍କର ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ। ବର୍ଷ ତମାମ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଖବର ଭିତରେ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ଚାକିରୀ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଥିଲା ନିଆରା। ଅନେକ ପିଲା ନିଜର ସର୍ବସ୍ବ ଲଗାଇ ପଢା ରେ ମନୋନିବେଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଆଉ କିଛି ପିଲା ୧୦୦ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଟେଷ୍ଟ ସିରିଜ ଦେଇ ସାରିଲେଣି। ଅନେକ ବନ୍ଧୁ ୟୁଟିଉବ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆଶାୟୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସାହଆଣିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
ଏବେ କାଉଣ୍ଟ ଡାଉନ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଗଲାଣି। ମାତ୍ର ୫୪ଦିନ ବାକି ରହିଲା। ଆଶା କରିବା ସବୁ ଠିକ୍ ଠାକ୍ ଚାଲିବ। ସଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ। ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଫଳାଫଳ ବାହାରିବ। ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ କଥା ଏହି ବ୍ୟାଚର ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଯଥାସମ୍ଭବ ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ମାମଲାରେ ଛନ୍ଦି ନହେଉ, ଏହା ହିଁ ଆଶା କରିବା। ଲଗାତର ଭାବେ ୨୦୧୫ରୁ ଏମିତି ୩ ବ୍ୟାଚର ବଡ ବଡ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସଚିବାଳୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଧାରାକୁ ଉର୍ଧ୍ୱମୁଖୀ କରିପାରିଛି। ଆଗାମୀ ବ୍ୟାଚଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ଯ କ୍ୟାଡର ତଥା ରାଜ୍ଯ ଶାସନକଳ ବହୁତ କିଛି ଆଶାକରେ।
ଏବେ ଯଦି ଆଶାୟୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ କିଛି ଟିପ୍ସ୍ ମାଗନ୍ତି, ଏତିକି କହି ହେବ ଯେ, ଶେଷ ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଆଉ ନୂଆ କିଛି ପଢିବା ଦରକାର ନାହିଁ। କେବଳ ଯେଉଁ ବିଷୟ ବାରମ୍ବାର ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ କରିପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଦୂର୍ବଳ ଅଛନ୍ତି ତାକୁ ହିଁ ଧ୍ଯାନ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ଦିନେ ଦୁଇଦିନ ବସି ଗଣିତ ତଥା ରିଜୋନିଙ୍ଗ ର ଫର୍ମୁଲା ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୁଇଟା କାଗଜରେ ଲେଖି ରଖନ୍ତୁ ଯେପରି ଖୋଜିଲେ ସାଙ୍ଗେସାଙ୍ଗେ ମିଳିପାରିବ। ଗତ ଜାନୁଆରୀରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଖବର ଉପରେ ତଥ୍ଯ ରଖନ୍ତୁ। ଓଡିଆରେ ଯେତେ ମନେରଖିବା କଷ୍ଟ ତଥ୍ଯ ଅଛି ତାକୁ ସେହିପରି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୁଇଟି କାଗଜରେ ଲେଖି ରଖନ୍ତୁ। ଦେଖିବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଲେଖା/ନୋଟ ସରିଲା ବେଳକୁ ସେହି ବିଷୟ ଗୁଡିକ ପୂର୍ବାପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ ମନେ ରହିଯାଇଥିବ।
ଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ଶୁଅନ୍ତୁ, ଖାଆନ୍ତୁ। ପଢିବା ଚକରରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ଦୁଇମାସ ଶରୀର ସୁସ୍ଥ ରହିବା ବହୁତ ଜରୁରୀ। ସେହିପରି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତୁ ପରିବାର ବନ୍ଧୁବାନ୍ଧବ ଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ଜରୁରୀ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ନଆସୁ। ବାସ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ମନ, ଶରୀର ସୁସ୍ଥ ରହୁ। ସେହି ଉତ୍ସାହ ଲାଗିରହୁ । ନିଜ ହିସାବରେ ପଢା ଜାରି ରହୁ। ସଫଳତା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ।

୨୩।୦୬।୨୦୨୨ : ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ (ଓସା) ର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସାଧାରଣ ପରିଷଦ ବୈଠକ ଆଜି ସଂଧ୍ଯାରେ ଓସା ହାଉସରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ସବୁ ବିଭାଗର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫୦ ମନୋନୀତ ସଭ୍ଯ ଏଥିରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ନିଜର ମତାମତ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ ଦାସ ତଥା ଚିତ୍ତରଞ୍ଜନ ହୋତାଙ୍କ ଭଳି ବରିଷ୍ଠ ସଭ୍ଯ କ୍ୟାଡର ପୁନଃର୍ଗଠନ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିବା ସହିତ ସଭ୍ଯ ମାନଙ୍କର ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ବିବିଧ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରଖିଥିଲେ। ନିର୍ବାଚିତ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାଗଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଇସ୍ତାହାରରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀତ ଅନେକ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଥିବାର ନିଜ ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ। ଶେଷରେ, ସଂଘର ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକ ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଜତ୍ନ ବରାଳ ନିଜ ବକ୍ତବ୍ଯ ରେ ସଂଘର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ତଥା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦାବୀର ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ଉପରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଅନେକ ନୂତନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ହାତକୁ ନିଆଯାଉଥିବା ର ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

Good News for ASO aspirants : Written on 21st Aug
Good News for ASO aspirants !!! Making aside all rumors on shifting of examination to November, OPSC has declared the date for Written Examination for recruitment to the post of Assistant Section Officer. Noted, Advertisement for 796 posts was published on 31.12.2021 pursuant to Advertisement No.26 of 2021-22.
Applications were invited through online from 20.01.2022 to 19.02.2022. Recently, OPSC published reject list of applicants. Now it's in final stage of preparation. All are set to GO.
Examination will be conducted in three phases on the same day i.e. 21.08.2022 (Sunday).
Now exactly 60 days left. ASO aspirants can concentrate on preparation. Hope for the best.

Bikram Keshari Arukh elected as new Speaker of Odisha Assembly
Senior BJD MLA and former Minister Bikram Keshari Arukha was on Monday elected as Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly unopposed due to absence of any rival candidate.
New Speaker Election for OLA : Special Session today
The election to the post of Odisha Assembly Speaker will be held on June 13.
Notably, Surya Narayan Patro had resigned from the post of Assembly Speaker recently due to health issues.
In his letter to all members, Dasharathi Satapathy, OSD-cum-secretary of Assembly said: "As per provisions contained in Article 178 of the Constitution of India read with Rule 6 (1) and Rule 6 (6) of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Odisha Legislative Assembly, Governor has been pleased to fix the June 13, 2022 (Monday) at 10.30 a.m. for election of Speaker."

Monsoon Session of Assembly starts from 2 nd July
The Monsoon Session of the House will begin on 2 July and continue till 4 August. There will be 24 working days in this session of the House.

Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari will present the full-fledged Budget for the financial year 2022-23 before the Odisha Legislative Assembly on the first day i.e. July 2.
While the Budget will be presented on 2 July, official business will be taken up for discussion on 4 July. There will be general discussion on the annual Budget on 5-6 July. The House will remain closed from 7-12 July. Reports of the Departmentally Related Standing Committee will be presented before the House on 13 July.
As per the schedule, discussion on demands for grants will be held in the Assembly between 14 July and 20 July (excluding Sundays). The Appropriation Bill will be tabled on 29 July.
