Posting of one more ASO under RY-2021
OPSC ଦ୍ଵାରା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ୭୮୭ ଜଣିଆ ମେଧା ତାଲିକାରୁ ୭୧୬ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯଇଥିବାବେଳେ, ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାରଣରୁ ୭୧ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେବାପାଇଁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନିଆଯାଇ ନଥିଲା।
ତେବେ ସରକାର ବିଚାର ପୁର୍ବକ ଉକ୍ତ ୭୧ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ତାରିପ୍ରସାଦ ଦାସ ଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

32 ASOs (RY-2021) didn't join service; Appointment Order Cancelled
As per Home Department Order, 32 ASOs selected under Direct Recruited through OPSC for the year 2021 and appointed during February, 2024 did not join in their respective places of posting. Hence the appointment orders issued there of have been cancelled.
It is for information that advertisement was published for 796 posts whereas OPSC recommended 787 Candidates. After document verification, Home Department issued appointment order to 716 Candidates. Out of them 32 candidates didn't join service within stipulated period i.e. maximum six months from the date of appointment. Hence their appointment order has been cancelled in pursuance to GA&PG Department Office Memorandum No.26540 Dt.20.09.2019.
As per present status, 684 ASOs have joined out of them only one got expired and another one has tendered resignation from service.

Joining of ASO in Secretariat (OPSC 2021 Batch)
ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନର ଅଦାଲତି ମାମଲାରେ ଛନ୍ଦି ହେବା ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟ ରେ ୭୯୬ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପଦବୀ ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ବାଟ ଖୋଲିଥିଲା । ତା୨୨.୧୨.୨୦୨୩ରିଖ ଦିନ ମାନ୍ୟବର ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟଙ୍କର ରାୟ (DOWNLOAD) ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ ତରଫରୁ ୭୮୭ ଜଣଙ୍କର ଚୂଡାନ୍ତ ମେଧା ତାଲିକା (DOWNLOAD) ତା୩୦.୧୨.୨୦୨୩ରିଖ ରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିଲା।
ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାରଣରୁ ୭୧ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ବାଦ୍ ଦେଇ (DOWNLOAD) ସ୍ଵରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ତା୦୮.୦୨.୨୦୨୪ରିଖରେ ୭୧୬ ଜଣ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର (DOWNLOAD) ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅନେକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ମାସରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବାବେଳେ କିଛି ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାରଣରୁ ଚାକିରୀରେ ଯୋଗଦେବା ସମୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ନେଇଥିଲେ । ତେବେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବିଭାଗ ନିୟମ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏହି ଅନୁମତି, ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନର ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୬ ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦିଆଯାଇ ପାରିବ ।
ତେଣୁ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିବା ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଵରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ତା୦୭.୦୮.୨୦୨୪ରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅନୁମତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।
ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ସାଂଗୃହିତ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏଯାବତ୍ ମୋଟ ୬୭୫ ଜଣ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । (# Real information may be collected from Official source)

ଦିବଂଗତ ମୋରା ମାରାଣ୍ଡୀ ଙ୍କୁ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସହକର୍ମୀଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ଅଶ୍ରୁଳ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳୀ
ସଚିବାଳୟ ପଛ ଗେଟ ନିକଟରେ ସହୃଦୟ ସହକର୍ମୀବୃନ୍ଦ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ଦିବଂଗତ ମୋରା ମାରାଣ୍ଡିଙ୍କ ପାର୍ଥିବ ଶରୀରକୁ ପୁଷ୍ପଗୁଚ୍ଛ ଦେଇ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ତଥା ଶେଷ ସମ୍ମାନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।
ସୂଚନା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ , ସଚିବାଳୟର ଖଣି ଓ ଇସ୍ପାତ ବିଭାଗରେ ନୂତନ ଭାବେ ଗତ ଫେବୃୟାରୀ ମାସରେ ସହାୟକ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ଏ.ଏସ.ଓ) ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବା ଶ୍ରୀ ମାରାଣ୍ଡୀଙ୍କ ମୃତଦେହ ଗତକାଲି ଆଚାର୍ୟବିହାର ସ୍ଥିତ ମେସରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇ କ୍ୟାପିଟାଲ ହସପିଟାଲ ଶବାଗାରରେ ରଖାଯାଇଥିଲା । ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ଆସିବା ପରେ ଆଜି ଶବ ବ୍ୟବଛେଦ କରାଯାଇ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଗେଟ ନମ୍ବର ୫ ନିକଟକୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଥିଲା । ନିଜ ପୈତୃକ ଗ୍ରାମ ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଶବ ସତ୍କାର କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ।
ସେହିପରି ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ ତରଫରୁ ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନରେ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପଡିଆରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ଆତ୍ମାର ଶାନ୍ତି ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ନୀରବ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

Can the ASOs join in service on the day of Orientation?
All of us know that Orientation Program for all selected ASO Candidates has been scheduled to be held on 09.02.2024 at State Convention Center, Bhubaneswar.
Many of these people has a common query regarding joining in service on the same date. It is seen that such types of Orientation Program - cum - Handing over the Appointment Letter to Candidates were being organized at Rabindra Mandap during Day time. Hence candidates had opportunity to join their respective allotted departments in the afternoon of the same day.
But, this time candidates have to attend the program from 2pm onwards. Hence joining on the same day may not be possible. Next two days are also Government Holidays.
So, we can hope that Secretariat will receive the new group of ASOs on Monday and the administration will be more active and more strengthened.

Documents required at the time of joining:
Based on previous year appointment orders, the following documents may be required at the time of joining in respective Departments.
1) Medical Fitness Certificate
2) Two Character Certificates issued by two different Gazetted Officers
3) A declaration to the effect that no criminal antecedent/case is pending against him/her
4) Oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India
5) Declaration of non-contract of plural marriage

7) Disability Certificate
