ASO Gradation List (as on 01.01.2018) revised : Earlier joining in service considered senior
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ବର୍ଗରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଥିବା ସହାୟକ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ଏ.ଏସ୍.ଓ) ମାନଙ୍କ ପଦକ୍ରମ୍ ତାଲିକାରେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେ ୨୦୧୩ (Spl Drive Batch) ଓ ୨୦୧୧ (ରେଗୁଲାର ବ୍ୟାଚ) ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବରିଷ୍ଠତା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ଲଢେଇରେ ଗତ ତା.୦୩.୦୬.୨୦୨୫ରିଖର ମାନ୍ୟବର ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ ନିଜର ନିଷ୍ପତି ଶୁଣାଇଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ଚାକିରୀରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବା ଏ.ଏସ୍.ଓ. ଙ୍କୁ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଭାବେ ବିଚାର କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଅଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଗତ ୧୧.୦୬.୨୦୨୦ ରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ପଡ଼କ୍ରମ୍ ତାଲିକାରେ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ବର୍ଷ କୁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା।
ମାନ୍ୟବର ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ପାଳନ ପୂର୍ବକ ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ତା୧୧.୦୬.୨୦୨୦ ରିଖରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ଏ.ଏସ.ଓ. ପଦକ୍ରମ ତାଲିକାକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି ଆଉଥରେ ତା ୦୧.୦୧.୨୦୧୮ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏ.ଏସ୍.ଓ. ପଦବୀରେ ଥିବା ଅଧିକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପଦକ୍ରମ୍ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ଏଵଂ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୫ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ/ଆପତ୍ତି ଆହ୍ଵାନ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୧୧ ରେଗୁଲାର ଵ୍ୟାଚର ୮୧୦ ଏ.ଏସ୍.ଓ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଚାକିରୀରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାୟ ସମସ୍ତେ ସେକ୍ସନ ଅଫିସର ପଦବୀକୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ପାଇସରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଗତ ମାସରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୨୬ ଜଣ ଡେସ୍କ ଅଫିସର ପଦବୀକୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ପାଇସାରିଲେଣି । କିନ୍ତୁ ୨୦୧୩ Spl. Drive ବ୍ଯାଚର ପ୍ରାୟ ଅନେକ ଏବେବି ୯ ବର୍ଷ ହେବ ସେହି ଏ.ଏସ.ଓ ପଦବୀରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ତେଣୁ ଏବେ ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ପଡ଼କ୍ରମ ତାଲିକା ବଳରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ମିଳିବା ସହିତ ଆଗରୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ପାଇଥିବା କିଛି ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କର ତଳ ପଦବୀକୁ ପଦସ୍ଖଳନ (demotion) କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।

ASO Gradation will be revised: High Court
Hon'ble High Court in its judgment datd.03.06.2025 has clarified that the date of joining in Government Service will be considered for seniority rather than the year of appointment.
The seniority among two batches of ASO :
- 810 ASOs : Recruitment Year 2011-12 (Joined in October, 2016)
- 140 ASOs : Recruitment Year 2015-16, Special Drive (Joined in January, 2016)
Home Department has published the gradation list of ASOs keeping the batch of ASOs recruited for the year 2011-12 but joined in October, 2016 as senior than the other batch of ASOs joined in January, 2016 based on the recruitment year 2015-16. Accordingly, the promotion to the rank of SO and DO has also been made.
In the meantime, Hon'ble High Court in the judgement clarifies that the 140 ASOs (Spl. Drive) will be senior than the 810 ASOs recruited in the same year but joined on later date.
