Posting of one more ASO under RY-2021
OPSC ଦ୍ଵାରା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ àà®à ଜଣିଆ ମେଧା ତାଲିକାରୁ àà§à¬ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯଇଥିବାବେଳେ, ବିà¬ିନ୍ନ କାରଣରୁ àৠଜଣଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେବାପାଇଁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନିଆଯାଇ ନଥିଲା।
ତେବେ ସରକାର ବିଚାର ପୁର୍ବକ ଉକ୍ତ àৠଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍àŸà¬°ୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ତାରିପ୍ରସାଦ ଦାସ ଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

One time relaxation for promotion of Desk Officers
As per Odisha Secretariat Service (Method of recruitment and conditions of service) Rules, 2016 the minimum period of continuous service both in post of Section Officer and Desk Officer should be six years for promotion to the rank of Under Secretary. Although there is good number of vacancies in the post of Under Secretary (i.e.104 posts), but only 68 Desk Officers are there in the cadre, hence proposal of Government for relaxation of residency period from six years to three years has been concurred by OPSC.
In the meantime Final gradation List of Desk Officers has been published. Hence, it is hoped that DPC meeting may be arranged this month for promotion of all existing Desk Officers to the rank of Under Secretary.
