ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପୁନଃ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ଅନେକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦିଗ ଉପରେ ନଜର ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ କେଉଁ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡରେ ଚୟନ ହେବ ତାହାର ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସଚିବ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଜିଏ ସଚିବ, ଅର୍ଥ ସଚିବ କମିଟି ସଦସ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ  ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ କମିଟି ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଚୟନ କରିବେ।

ଏଥି ସହିତ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜାରି ସଂକଳ୍ପ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୨୩୭୫୦ ତା୨୭.୦୮.୨୦୧୪ ରିଖ କୁ ଖାରଜ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି ।
