Blood Donation Camp by S&ME Deptt
Today, as per the schedule, the blood donation camp organised by the Cultural Association of School and Mass Education Department in association with Capital Hospital Blood Bank was a great success in which a total 73 units of blood were collected from the volunteers from different departments. The camp was inaugurated by Sri Samir Ranjan Das, Honble Minister, S&ME. After donation, each donor was presented a certificate and some gift on behalf of the association. The said camp continued till 2pm. There was a good coordination among the members of the association to make this occasion success for noble cause.

Revenue & DM Deptt uses technology for transformation under 5T
ରାଜସ୍ବ ବିଭାଗ ଏବେ 5T ର ଉପଯୋଗୀତାକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ତତ୍ପରତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରୁଛି। ଦୈନଦିନ ଜୀବନରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକ ନିଜର ଖଜଣା ପୈଠ ତଥା ବିବିଧ ପ୍ରମାଣ ପତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ତହସିଲ ଅଫିସ ଦୌଡ଼ିବା କିମ୍ବା ଅଯଥା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚାନ୍ତ ହେବାରୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସରକାର Technology ର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ଖଜଣା/ପାଉତି ପାଇଁ Online ତଥା Mobile app ର ସୁବିଧା କରାଯାଇଛି। Online payment ପାଇଁ ଏକ ୱେବସାଇଟର ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ ୧୫ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ, ୨୦୧୯ରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ବିବିଧ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର
ସେହିପରି ବିବିଧ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଯଥା Resident Certificate, Income Certificate, Guardianship Certificate, Scheduled Caste Certificate and Scheduled Tribe Certificate ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ପାଇଁ ଘରେ ବସି ଯେକୌଣସି ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଅନଲାଇନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିହେବ। *ଏଥିପାଇଁ କୌଣସି user's fee ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ ନାହିଁ।
*ଦରଖାସ୍ତକାରୀ ଅପଲୋଡ଼ କରିଥିବା କାଗଜପତ୍ରକୁ ବିଶ୍ଵାସ କରାଯାଇ ବିନା ଯାଞ୍ଚରେ e-Certificate ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।
*ଏହି ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ନିଜ ଇମେଲ କିମ୍ବା ୱେବସାଇଟରୁ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ୍ କରିହେବ।
*ଏହି ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ନିଜ ଇମେଲ କିମ୍ବା ୱେବସାଇଟରୁ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ୍ କରିହେବ।

Secretariat being prepared for New Year
Lok Seva Bhawan (Secretariat) is being prepared for a refreshed look & feel on the eve of New Year.
In line of the instructions from the Hon'ble Chief Minister to give promotion to the eligible employees by 1st January, concerned staff of all departments are working on war-footing basis.
The damaged & non-functional vehicles, kept inside the premise for years are being relocated.

On the eve of New year, Lok Seva Bhawan (Secretariat) is being decorated like a newly wed bride, with the gardens beings more colourful than ver and the colourful lights embracing its walls. Going by our Secretariat custom (like Raj Bhavan), again this year, two days in the month of January may be allowed for public to witness the beauty of this garden full of both traditional and ornamental flowers.
