୧୯।୦୨।୨୦୨୪ : କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନର ୫ମ ଦିନରେ ଓଡିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ (ଓସା) ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଓସା ହାଉସରେ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏଥିରେ ଦାବୀ ପୂରଣ ନହେବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ କିମ୍ବା ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦପ୍ତରର ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ ନହେଲା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଚାଲୁ ରହିବ ବୋଲି ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକ ପ୍ରଜତ୍ନ ବରାଳ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସେହିପରି ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତା ର ସେବା ରେ ବ୍ୟାଘାତ ସ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ସେ କ୍ଷମା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଥିଲେ।

"କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଚିବାଳୟ ହାରରେ ଦରମା"   ଦାବୀ ସହିତ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ ଗତ ତା ୧୩।୦୨।୨୦୨୪ରିଖ ଠାରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବନ୍ଦ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି। ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପଡିଆ ରେ  ଚାଲିଥିବା ଏହି ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଧାରଣା ପଞ୍ଚମ ଦିନରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସରକାର-ସଂଘ ଆଲୋଚନା ସନ୍ତୋଷଜନକ ହୋଇପାରିନାହିଁ। ଏଣୁ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଚାଲୁ ରହିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। 

ଆଗକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆଚରଣ ବିଧି ଲାଗୁ ହେବାର ଅଛି। ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ସରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ମାସ ଶେଷ ବେଳକୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀ/ଅଧିକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଦରମା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ଯ ହେବାର ଅଛି। ଏଭଳି ଏକ ଘଡିସନ୍ଧି ମୂହୁର୍ତ୍ତରେ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଭଳି ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦପ୍ତରର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବନ୍ଦ ଯୋଗୁଁ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଗଭୀର ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇଛି। ପରୋକ୍ଷରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଜନତା ମଧ୍ଯ ଅନେକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ଖରାରେ ସାରାଦିନ ଖୋଲା ଆକାଶ ତଳେ ଏତେ ଦିନ ବସିରହିବା ଫଳରେ କିଛି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟାବସ୍ଥା ବିଗିଡିଯିବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଏଛି (ଭଗବାନ ନ କରନ୍ତୁ)। ଏଣୁ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର  ସମାଧାନର ବାଟ ବାହାରିବା ନେଇ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆଶାବାଦୀ।

6th GC Meeting of OSSA on 02.01.2024

The 6th General Council Meeting of the Odisha Secretariat Service Association, 2022-24 will be held on 02.01.2024 (Tuesday) at 6:30 pm in the Conference Hall of Association, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

ଧାରଣା ସ୍ଥଗିତ

 

Dear Members,

The esteemed Chief Secretary, Odisha and Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department discussed at 5.30PM & 6.00PM  respectively in their office chambers.

They assured the delegates that the demands of the Association are under active consideration of the Government and these have already been discussed at length at the highest forum of the Government. Very soon the matter will be placed in the Inter Ministerial Committee.

The Government is very cordial and kin to take a very rational decision on our demands at the appropriate time. The Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department advised that the Association should keep patience and cooperate with Government to find a feasible solution on the demands of the OSS Cadre and do not resort to any Dharana programmes which will convey a very wrong message to the public.

In view of the present development, it is unanimously decided by the Executive Body to postpone the peaceful ‘Dharana’ scheduled to be held in the Palm Court of Lok Seva Bhawan on 3rd, November 2023 (Today) reposing strong faith and belief in the words of the Chief Secretary, Odisha and Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department.

ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନର ଦାବୀ : କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସଚିବାଳୟ ହାରରେ ଦରମା (ASO Level-10) 

ଏ ନେଇ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ ତରଫରୁ ପାମ କୋର୍ଟ ନିକଟରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ ପୂର୍ବକ ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଧାରଣା ଦେବାପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି କରାଯାଇଛି। ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫୦୦ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏକତ୍ର ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିବାରୁ ପୋଲିସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। 

ଗତ ୩୦.୦୬.୨୦୨୩ ତାରିଖରେ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପଡିଆରେ ହୋଇଥିବା କଳାବ୍ୟାଚ ପରିଧାନ ପୂର୍ବକ ବିଶାଳ ସମାବେଶ ପରେ ଏହା ଆଉ ଏକ ବ୍ରୁହତ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ ସଭା ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।

Odisha Secretariat Employees hold Black Badge Protest : Support from all Departments

Odisha Secretariat Employees hold Black Badge Protest for Level-10 demand on 30th June, 2023. It may be considered as a mass discontent among officers of OSS cadre for base level ASO salary # Level 10. Specifically, departwise support was seen in this protest which was the third General Body Meeting of Odisha Secretariat Service Association (OSSA). 

In the last 25 years, the Odisha Secretariat Seva Sangh had not taken such a decision. .

DEMAND for DIGNITY

The members of Odisha Secretariat Service Association (OSSA) on Friday staged a black badge protest in front of Lok Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar demanding the increase of the salary of ASO to Level 10. The Sangh members wore black badges and staged the demonstration.

ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୫ ବର୍ଷର ଦାବୀ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସଓ ଙ୍କ ଲେବଲ-୧୦ (ଗ୍ରେଡ ପେ ୪୬୦୦) ଦରମା ନେଇ ଆଜି ଲୋକସେବା ଭବନରେ ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ବିକ୍ଷୋଭ ସମାବେଶ ଦେଖାଦେଇଥିଲା। ମଧ୍ଯାହ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ହଜାର ହଜାର ଅଧିକାରୀ ହାତରେ ପ୍ଲାକାର୍ଡ, କଳା ବ୍ୟାଚ ଏପରିକି ଲେବଲ-୧୦ ଲିଖିତ ଟି-ସାର୍ଟ ପିନ୍ଧି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବିଭାଗ ସାମ୍ନା ଲନ୍ ରେ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇଥିଲେ।
