The Odisha Secretariat Service Association (OSSA) proposes to organize a Convention on Administrative Excellence, Digital Governance and Public Service Delivery shortly.
Eminent bureaucrats and senior Government functionaries are proposed to be invited to the Convention, where OSS Officers will make presentations on various aspects of administrative excellence, digital governance and citizen-centric public service delivery, with a view to sharing best practices, innovative ideas and experiences for further enhancing governance and administrative efficiency.
In order to make the Convention meaningful and enriching, OSSA invites valuable suggestions, experiences and recommendations from all General Body Members on the following broad areas:
- Sharing experiences and best practices relating to the effective utilization of HRMS, IFMS, OSWAS, e-Despatch and other digital governance platforms.
- Administrative efficiency, workflow management and office productivity.
- Better accessibility, dissemination and utilization of Government Rules, Circulars, Notifications and Guidelines.
- Capacity building, professional development and training requirements of officers and employees.
- Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in Government administration.
- Awareness, implementation and monitoring of Government schemes and programmes.
- Citizen-centric public service delivery and good governance.
- Any other innovative suggestion that may contribute towards further enhancing administrative efficiency and public service delivery.
All General Body Members are requested to send their suggestions and recommendations to Email: ossaofficial1957@gmail.com on or before 01.07.2026.
The inputs received from members shall be suitably compiled for presentation and discussion during the Convention.
All Members are requested to actively participate in this initiative and contribute towards the collective endeavour of promoting administrative excellence, digital governance and effective public service delivery in Odisha.
