H&UD Department Cultural Association is going to organise Inter Departmental Cricket Tournament ournament 2025. A total of 37 teams will participate in Eight Groups. The tournament is scheduled to be start on 17th November, 2025 in the Secretariat Mini Stadium.

Football teams of Finance, Agriculture & FE, Cooperation & Home (Election) Department enters Semifinal of Secretariat Cup, 2025 after defeating their opponents in Quarter Final Matches.

The result of Quarter Final matches are as follows.

The semi-final will be played on 10th November, 2025.

8- Teams enter Quarter Final : Matches on 6th November

Eight Teams i.e. Finance, School& Mass Education, Revenue & DM, Agriculture & FE, Panchayatiraj & DW, Cooperation, Fisheries & ARD, Home(Election) Department enter Quarter Final in Secretariat Cup (Football), 2025 being organised by Panchayatiraj & Drinking Water Department Cultural Association.

As per the schedule, following matches will played in quarter final on 6th November, 2025 at Secretariat Mini Stadium.

ଗତ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର  ୧୬ ତାରିଖରୁ ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନିଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ୪ର୍ଥ ଆନ୍ତଃ-ବିଭାଗୀୟ ଫୁଟବଲ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ୨୦୨୫ ର ଲିଗ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସମାପ୍ତ ହୋଇ ସାରିଛି । ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ବିଭାଗ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏହି ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟରେ ୩୩ ଟି ବିଭାଗ ମୋଟ ୮ଟି ଗ୍ରୁପରେ ଭାଗ ହୋଇ ଖେଳୁଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଗ୍ରୁପରେ ଶୀର୍ଷ ଦୁଇ ଦଳ ଚୟନ ହୋଇ ପ୍ରି କ୍ୱାର୍ଟର ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ପାଇଁ ଚୟନ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ନଭେମ୍ବର ୩ ଓ  ୪ ତାରିଖରେ ଏହି ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଖେଳାଯିବ।

PR&DW Department Cultural Association

The Secretariat Cup 2025, sponsored by IFFCO and organized by the PR&DW Department Cultural Association, kicked off today with great zeal at the Secretariat Ground. The tournament, featuring 32 participating departments, will run from October 16 to November 11, 2025.

Dr. Fakir Mohan Naik, Hon’ble MLA of Telkoi, graced the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Prasanna Kumar Beura, Public Relation Officer, IFFCO, attended as the Guest of Honour. The event also witnessed the presence of Ranjita Mohanty, National Coach of the Odisha Women’s Football Team, Manunath Sethy, FA-cum-Special Secretary, Surya Narayan Dash, Additional Secretary, Bimbadhar Sethy, Joint Secretary, and Nilamani Patra, General Secretary.Addressing the gathering, Dr. Naik highlighted the importance of sportsmanship and departmental unity, announcing that Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and other ministers are expected to attend the closing ceremony on November 11.

With IFFCO’s continued support, the third edition of the Secretariat Cup continues to promote teamwork, fitness, and camaraderie among state government employees, marking yet another vibrant chapter in the Secretariat’s sporting tradition.

Odisha Para Badminton Players won 1️⃣ Gold🥇 and 2️⃣ Bronze 🥉 at the Peru Para Badminton International Level 2 Tournament 2025.

👉🏻 Deep Ranjan Bisoyee partnering with Manoj Sarkar clinched Gold in Men's Doubles SL3-SU4 category.

👉🏻 Deep Ranjan Bisoyee secured Bronze in Men’s Singles SL4 category.

ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଆନ୍ତଃ ବିଭାଗୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ  (Home Intercup Cricket Tournament 2025) ରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ଟାଇଟଲ ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ ବିଭାଗ ରନର୍ସ ଅପ ହୋଇଅଛି । 

ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ (GA&PG) ବିଭାଗ ଟସ ଜିତି ପ୍ରଥମେ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତି ନେଇଥିଲା । ଏହା ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୩ ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୧୦୦ ରନ୍ କରିଥିଲା । ଜବାବରେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ (F&ARD) ବିଭାଗ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୫ ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୯୫ ରନ କରିବାକୁ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଶେଷ ଓଭରରେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ବୋଲିଂ ପାଇଁ ଅଜୟ (GA&PG) ଙ୍କୁ ମ୍ୟାନ ଅଫ ଦି ମ୍ୟାଚ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ସେହିପରି ମନୋଜ (GA&PG) ଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ଲେୟାର ଅଫ ଡି ଟୁର୍ନାମେଣ୍ଟ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଯାଇଥିଲା ।
