Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association (OSSBA) is going to organize 16th Secretariat Open Badminton Tournament from 6th to 9th January, 2026 at Secretariat Mini Stadium, Lokseva Bhawan.

Instructions

• 1. Registration process will be closed on 23:59 hrs. of 2nd January, 2026.
• 2. No entry will be entertained by any other means except online registration in Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association(OSSBA)’s Website: www.ossbaodisha.com
• 3. Every participant must have valid Secretariat Employee I’Card.
• 4. In Online registration module there are two steps, one for “Registration of player” and another for “Event Entry”. After completion of registration of player process, “Player ID” will be generated and this player ID will be sent to your email ID. This “player Id” will be used for submission in different Event Entry.
• 5. For Veteran Doubles, Participant must have reached the age of 45+ as on 1 st January, 2026.
• 6. Events will be – 1) Men Singles (MS); 2) Men Doubles (MD); 3) Women Singles (WS); 4) Women Doubles (WD); 5) Veteran Men Singles (VMS); 6) Veteran Men Doubles (VMD). 7) Mixed Doubles (MXD).
• 7. Entry Fee:(Non-refundable) : Men’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 150/- & Women’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 100/-.
• 8. Mode of Payment: ONLINE PAYMENT Through UPI Scan .
• 9. Only the players who have paid entry fee will be allowed to play. .
• 10. Confirmation Report will be generated after successful online submission of the Entry Form and it will be forwarded to your email.
• 11. Always visit OSSBA website www.ossbaodisha.com for fixture, match schedule and results.

Eight Teams i.e. Finance, School& Mass Education, Revenue & DM, Agriculture & FE, Panchayatiraj & DW, Cooperation, Fisheries & ARD, Home(Election) Department enter Quarter Final in Secretariat Cup (Football), 2025 being organised by Panchayatiraj & Drinking Water Department Cultural Association.

As per the schedule, following matches will played in quarter final on 6th November, 2025 at Secretariat Mini Stadium.

The Secretariat Cup 2025, sponsored by IFFCO and organized by the PR&DW Department Cultural Association, kicked off today with great zeal at the Secretariat Ground. The tournament, featuring 32 participating departments, will run from October 16 to November 11, 2025.

Dr. Fakir Mohan Naik, Hon’ble MLA of Telkoi, graced the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Prasanna Kumar Beura, Public Relation Officer, IFFCO, attended as the Guest of Honour. The event also witnessed the presence of Ranjita Mohanty, National Coach of the Odisha Women’s Football Team, Manunath Sethy, FA-cum-Special Secretary, Surya Narayan Dash, Additional Secretary, Bimbadhar Sethy, Joint Secretary, and Nilamani Patra, General Secretary.Addressing the gathering, Dr. Naik highlighted the importance of sportsmanship and departmental unity, announcing that Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and other ministers are expected to attend the closing ceremony on November 11.

With IFFCO’s continued support, the third edition of the Secretariat Cup continues to promote teamwork, fitness, and camaraderie among state government employees, marking yet another vibrant chapter in the Secretariat’s sporting tradition.

ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଆନ୍ତଃ ବିଭାଗୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ  (Home Intercup Cricket Tournament 2025) ରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ଟାଇଟଲ ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ ବିଭାଗ ରନର୍ସ ଅପ ହୋଇଅଛି । 

ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ (GA&PG) ବିଭାଗ ଟସ ଜିତି ପ୍ରଥମେ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତି ନେଇଥିଲା । ଏହା ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୩ ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୧୦୦ ରନ୍ କରିଥିଲା । ଜବାବରେ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ (F&ARD) ବିଭାଗ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୫ ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୯୫ ରନ କରିବାକୁ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଶେଷ ଓଭରରେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ବୋଲିଂ ପାଇଁ ଅଜୟ (GA&PG) ଙ୍କୁ ମ୍ୟାନ ଅଫ ଦି ମ୍ୟାଚ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ସେହିପରି ମନୋଜ (GA&PG) ଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ଲେୟାର ଅଫ ଡି ଟୁର୍ନାମେଣ୍ଟ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଯାଇଥିଲା ।
