Secretariat Chess Championship 2026 inaugurated

Secretariat Chess Championship 2026 has been inaugurated at OSSA House. The event was started in presence of Chief Guest Sri Satya Ranjan Patnaik, President, All Odisha Chess Association and guest of honour Sri Soumendra Rout, OSD, S&YS Department. The tournament will be held for three days till 25th March, 2026.

Odisha Secretariat Women Hockey Team became Champions in All India Civil Services Hockey Tournament-2025-26 held at Delhi defeating Central Secretariat by 5-3 in Final and  made  a "hat-trick of becoming champions"  in All India Civil Services Hockey Tournament.

Odisha Secretariat cricket team defeated Tamilnadu in a superb knockout  match of All India Civil Service Cricket Tournament 2025-26 played yesterday at New Delhi. Earlier, Odisha has defeated AICS Team and Utta Pradesh Team in this tournament.

Odisha Team for All India Civil Services Cricket (Men) Tournament 2025-26 have started their journey to participate in the event at New Delhi which is scheduled to be held from 17th - 26th February, 2026. The team consists of 16 players, 01 Batting Coach, 01 Bowling Coach and 01 Manager.

Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association (OSSBA) is going to organize 16th Secretariat Open Badminton Tournament from 6th to 9th January, 2026 at Secretariat Mini Stadium, Lokseva Bhawan.

Instructions

• 1. Registration process will be closed on 23:59 hrs. of 2nd January, 2026.
• 2. No entry will be entertained by any other means except online registration in Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association(OSSBA)’s Website: www.ossbaodisha.com
• 3. Every participant must have valid Secretariat Employee I’Card.
• 4. In Online registration module there are two steps, one for “Registration of player” and another for “Event Entry”. After completion of registration of player process, “Player ID” will be generated and this player ID will be sent to your email ID. This “player Id” will be used for submission in different Event Entry.
• 5. For Veteran Doubles, Participant must have reached the age of 45+ as on 1 st January, 2026.
• 6. Events will be – 1) Men Singles (MS); 2) Men Doubles (MD); 3) Women Singles (WS); 4) Women Doubles (WD); 5) Veteran Men Singles (VMS); 6) Veteran Men Doubles (VMD). 7) Mixed Doubles (MXD).
• 7. Entry Fee:(Non-refundable) : Men’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 150/- & Women’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 100/-.
• 8. Mode of Payment: ONLINE PAYMENT Through UPI Scan .
• 9. Only the players who have paid entry fee will be allowed to play. .
• 10. Confirmation Report will be generated after successful online submission of the Entry Form and it will be forwarded to your email.
