As a present of respect to Odisha weavers, Arabinda Kumar Padhee, IAS who took charge of Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department, on Wednesday urged staff of the Department, Directorates as well as Corporations to put on handlooms a minimum of as soon as per week (Friday). Besides, Sri Padhee has banned use of Bidi, Cigarette, Gutkha and other such materials inside office campus.
