Blood Donation Camp by Revenue Deptt Cultural Association : 69 Units Collected
A Blood Donation Camp was organised by Revenue Department Cultural Association in co-ordination with Indian Red Cross Society on 03.01.2024 (Wednesday) near Drivers' Rest Shed at Lokseva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar. Additional Chief Secretary, Sri Satyabrata Sahu, IAS inaugurated this camp and a total of Sixty Nine (69) employees from different Departments donated blood to help the needy people in this programme.

Inauguration of Carrom Tournament 2023
25.07.2023 : 2nd Inter-Departmental Carrom Tournament - 2023 is being organised by Cultural Association of ST&SC Development Department at OSSA House, Campus-II behind Rajiv Bhawan, Bhubaneswar from 25.07.2023 to 11.08.2023.

1. All the matches shall be played in accordance with the relevant laws of Carrom prescribed by the Carrom Federation of India.
2. The men's Team Championship shall consist of 2 singles matches and 1 double match.
3. Each match shall be decided as per the result of best of 3 games or expiry of l hour 15 minutes whichever is earlier.
4. Each game shall consist of 6 boards.
5. If the score are level at the end of a game, a tie breaker board shall be played to decide the outcome of the game.
6. The women open (singles & Doubles) and men open (singles) match shall be held on a knock-out basis.
7. The Men's Team Championship shall be held on league basis till the knock-out phase (pre-quarter final). Top two teams from each group shall advance to the knock-out phase.
8. The umpire's decision shall be final and binding on all the players.
9. Protest, if any, shall be in writing in English addressed to the Secretary, Organising Committee and shall be submitted through the Chief Referee/ Umpire duly signed by the players/Captain/ Manager of the team
10. Oral protest shall be intimated to the umpire immediately after the incident takes place.
11. All the players must maintain a proper dress Code strict discipline and silence during the course of the entire match.
