Dr. Krishan Kumar,  IAS appointed as Secretary,  Works Department. 
N.B. After VRS of previous EIC-cum-Secretary Er.Nalinikant Pradhan, the same post was allotted to Er. Rasananda Sahoo. Meanwhile Sri Sahoo is appointed as Member, OSSSC.
