The Odisha Cabinet on Monday approved 18 proposals concerning 12 government departments.
1. Finance Department : Amendment of Odisha Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1992
2. GAPG Department : Amendment of Odisha Uniformed Services Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2025
3. MS&ME Department : Framing of Odisha Ministerial Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Junior Assistants, Senior Assistants, Assistant Section Officer and Section Officers in District Offices and offices sub-ordinate thereto, under the MS&ME Department) Rules, 2026.
4. Industries Department : Odisha Deepens Trust Based Governance through Jan Viswas Bill, 2.0
5. PRDW Department : Revised Buxi Jagabandhu Assured Water Supply to Habitations (BASUDHA) Scheme for 2026-27 to 2028-29 with a fund Rs.5,045 Crore
6. School & ME Department : Approval of Rs.312.96 Crore for "Panchasakha Sikhya Setu Scheme" for five years (20.12.2024 to 31.03.2029)
7. Law Department : Framing of Shree Jagannath Temple Land Management Rules, 2026
8. Agriculture & FE Department : Proposal for restructuring of Odisha Agriculture Service Cadre
9. Agriculture & FE Department : Proposal for restructuring of Odisha Soil Conservation Service Cadre
10. Agriculture & FE Department : Proposal for restructuring of Odisha Horticulture Service Cadre
11. Water Resources Department : Creation of Irrigation potential through Deep Bore Well with Solar & Non-Solar Pumping System
12. Water Resources Department : Building Odisha's Irrigation (Project) Tourism Amenities (BOITA)
13. Works Department : Widening and strengthening (2-lane to 4-lane) of Rayagada Kereda Corridor Road.- Project Cost Rs.186.19 Crore
14. Works Department : Widening and strengthening (2-lane to 4-lane) of Komtalpeta - Muniguda - Tumudibandha Road - Project Cost Rs.201.48 Crore
15. Widening and strengthening (2-lane to 4-lane) of Bhawanipatna - Muniguda Road.- Project Cost Rs.196.18 Crore
16. Widening and strengthening (2-lane to 4-lane) of Rayagada Kereda Corridor Road.- Project Cost Rs.186.19 Crore
17. Energy Department : ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସଂଚାରଣ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମିର ସୁଦୃଢୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ୧୫,୯୪୮.୭୦ କୋଟିର ପୁଞ୍ଜିନିବେଶ
