The Home (Elections) Department of the Odisha Government on Monday published a notification in an extraordinary issue of ‘The Odisha Gazette’ for holding of bye-election for the Bijepur Assembly Constituency.

ଆଶା ଓ ଆଶଙ୍କା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓସା ନିର୍ବାଚନ
ନିୟମିତ ଭାବରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ (ଓସା) ନିର୍ବାଚନ ନେଇ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପତ୍ର ପତ୍ରିକା ରେ ଖବର ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଆସୁଅଛି । ଏହା ଉଭୟ ସୂଚନା ତଥା ସଚେତନତାର ମାଧ୍ୟମ ହୋଇପାରିଛି । ତେଣୁ ବାସ୍ତବିକ ଦୁଇ ପକ୍ଷର ଲଢ଼େଇ ରେ ଏତେବଡ଼ କ୍ୟାଡ଼ର ର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଦୋଦୁଲ୍ୟମାନ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ। କେବଳ ସମୟ ତଥା ସରକାର ଙ୍କ ନିଷ୍ପତିର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ରେ .....

ଓସା ର ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆଗଭର ..... ଏକ ଶୁଭ ଲକ୍ଷଣ
ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓସାର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଚୟନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ସଂଘର ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ବରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି । ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତେ ତତ୍ପର । ବିଗତ ଦିନରେ ଏହି ସଂଘ ତଥା ଏହାର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି କୁ ନେଇ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାର ଖବର ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଉକ୍ତ ସଂଘର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ତଥା ଗାରିମାକୁ ପୂର୍ବ ଅବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମହଲରେ ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟା ଏକ ସ୍ଵାଗତଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବାଦ। ସେହିପରି କିଛି ଏଏସଓ ବନ୍ଧୁ ଗତ ରବିବାର ଓସା ହାଉସ ର ପରିବେଶ ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ଆଗଭର ହେବାକୁ ଆହ୍ଵାନ ଦେଇ ଥିଲେ। ଯଦିଓ ଗତଥର ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ମାତ୍ର ୫ ରୁ ୧୦ ଭିତରେ ସୀମିତ ଥିଲା, ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ସେହି ଖବରକାଗଜ ରେ ସମ୍ବାଦ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବା ତଥା ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡ଼ିଆରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୦ ରୁ ୬୦ ଏଏସଓ ବନ୍ଧୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବ୍ୟସ୍ତତା ଭିତରୁ ସମୟ ବାହାର କରି ଏହି ସ୍ଵଚ୍ଛତା ଅଭିଯାନରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୫-୧୦ ନୂତନ କରି ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଥିବା ଏଏସଓ ବନ୍ଧୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲେ । ଯଦିଓ ସବୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରେ ରାଜନୀତି ର ଗନ୍ଧ ବାରିବା ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ, ତଥାପି ଏତେବଡ଼ OSS Cadre ରେ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସି ସଂଘ ପାଇଁ କିଛି କରିବାର ଆକାଂକ୍ଷାକୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମ୍ମାନ ଜଣାଇବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ହୁଏତ ବିନା ମେସିନରେ ଏତେବଡ଼ ପରିସରକୁ ସଫା କରିବା କଷ୍ଟସାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଗୁଣ୍ଡୁଚି ମୂଷା ଭଳି ସାମାନ୍ୟ ତମ ଯୋଗଦାନ ଓସା ତଥା କ୍ୟାଡ଼ର ପାଇଁ ନିଜର ସମର୍ପଣ ଭାବକୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥାଏ । ଏ ଅଭିଯାନର ସମସ୍ତ ଶ୍ରେୟ ଯାଏ ଅଜୟ ଭାଇଙ୍କୁ (Ex-serviceman, ASO) ଯିଏ କି ଏହାକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଶ୍ରମଦାନ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଓସା ପରିସର ଏବେ ଚଳଚଞ୍ଚଳ ଏବଂ ଚଳପ୍ରଚଳ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ।
ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଏଏସଓ ବନ୍ଧୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଯୋଗଦାନ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୟୋତ୍ନ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଆସିଥିବା ଘାସକଟା ମେସିନ ଯୋଗେ ମାତ୍ର ୫୦% କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି । ତେଣୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ରବିବାର ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନ ଚାଲୁ ରଖିବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି ।
ଆଶା କରିବା ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ଓସା ହାଉସ ପୁଣି ତାର ପୂର୍ବ ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ଫେରି ପାଇବ। ବାସ୍ତବ ସଂଘପ୍ରେମୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମାନେ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସନ୍ତୁ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ଏମିତି ଏକ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଯେପରି ନିଜର ଅସ୍ତିତ୍ଵ ହରାଇ ନ ବସୁ । ନିଜର ଶିକ୍ଷା, ଅନୁଭବ ତଥା ପାରଦର୍ଶିତାରୁ ଯଦ୍ କିଞ୍ଚିତ୍ ପାରିବା , ନିଜର ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପାଇଁ ଏହି କ୍ୟାଡ଼ର ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିବା ।

FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers
The Indian men’s hockey team, which is placed No. 5 in the FIH Rankings, will be facing World No. 22 Russia in their FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha over the two matches. Meanwhile, World No. 9 Indian women’s hockey team will face off against World No. 13 USA in their respective two matches.
The winners from the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha will be determined on the basis of aggregate score from the two matches, and will progress to the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
The matches during the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha will take place on both days, with the Indian Women’s Hockey Team playing USA at 6 p.m. local time, followed by the men’s game against the Russians scheduled for 8:00 pm at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
