1. EXCISE : Approval of "Odisha Excise Ministerial Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Junior Assistants, Senior Assistants and Section Officers in the District Offices subordinate to Excise Directorate) Rules, 2023"

2. EXCISE : Approval of "Odisha Sub-ordinate Excise Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Sub-Inspectors of Excise) Rules, 2023" in supersession of the existing rules. 

3. RD : Extension of Biju Setu Yojana (BSY) upto 2025-26 with approval for 866 new bridges. 

4. C&T (Transport) : Decided to enhance subsidy for purchasing Electric Vehicles. 

5. Forest Env & CC : Restructuring the Cadre strength of Odisha Forest Service Group-B & Group-A (Senior Branch), (Super Time Scale), (Superior Administrative Grade), (SSG) by increasing 76 no. of posts.

6. MS&ME : Power of the Secretary, OK&VI Board with regard to miscellaneous and contingent nature is enhanced from ₹10,000 to ₹4,00,000 and full power in case of sanction of salary and retirement benefits if the employees of the board. 

7. ST&SC Dev, M&BCW : Promulgation of Ordinance for amendment of the Odisha State Commission for Backward Classes (OSCBC) Act, 1993 by inserting all the backward classes in the State List of SEBCs as specified in Central list of OBCs. 

8. Steel & Mines : Amendment in Odisha Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2016 (OMMC Rules, 2016) 

9. Steel & Mines : Amendment in Odisha Specified Minor Minerals Auction Rules, 2016 (OSMMA Rules, 2016)

10. Works : Improvement of Cuttack Ring Road to 6-Lane Standard from Khannagar to Linkroad (2.1km) 

11. RD : Framing of the "Odisha Ministerial Services (Method of Recruitment and conditions of Services of the District Offices of Department of the Rural Development) Rules, 2023"

12. Sports & YS : Extension of sponsorship agreement of the Indian National Hockey Teams for a further period of ten (10) years from 2023 to 2033

13. Energy : Implementation of RDSS Scheme within three years with total cost Rs.6284 Cr

14. Finance : Certain changes in conformity with the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960.

15. MSME : Amendment of the "Rules of Rate Contract with Micro and Small Enterprises of Odisha, 2014 registered with the Directorate of E.P & M Odisha".
