Odisha Rajaswa Amala Sangha withdraws strike after govt's assurance after 15 days
୧୦ ଦଫା ଦାବୀ ନେଇ ଚଳିତମାସ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ସମୂହ ଛୁଟି ନେଇ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ବସିଥିବା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜସ୍ଵ ଅମଲା ସଂଘ ଆଜି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆଲୋଚନା ପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୂଚନା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଗତ ୧୫ ଦିନ ଧରି ଅମଲା ସଙ୍ଘ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଚାଲୁ ରଖିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ଦୁଇ ଦୁଇ ଥର ଚେତାବନୀ ଦିଆଯାଇ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

👉 Entry pay of District Level Ministerial Employees should be Level-9
👉 Cadre Restructuring as per GAPG Department Resolution No.8898 Dt.15.03.2024 (download.pdf)
👉 Health Insurance of Rs.20 Lakh for all State Government Employees
👉Complete abolition of Odisha Rehabilitation Appointment Rules 2020 and implementation of Rule 1990.
👉 District cadre revenue employees to be given 100% promotion into ORS
👉 Abolition of New Pension Scheme and implementation of Old Pension Scheme
👉 Residency period for promotion of Jr Revenue Assistant to Sr Revenue Assistant should be 4 years.
👉 Residency period for promotion to the rank of Section Officer should be 4 years in the rank of Sr Revenue Assistant and ASO taken together.
👉 The User ID of Ministerial Employees should be created to deal with different cases in Tahasil.
👉 Induction Training for the newly recruited District Revenue Ministerial Employees to enhance their skill.

ରାଜସ୍ଵ ଓ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲପାଳ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ରେ ଅଂଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମୂହ ଛୁଟି ନେଇଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବିଭାଗୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସେହିପରି କ୍ୟାଡ଼ର ପୁନର୍ଗଠନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଏବେ ନଥି ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ବିଭାଗ ତଥା ପରେ ପରେ ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଯାଇଥିବାରୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନେ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେବାକୁ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
