Step towards a noble cause : SEWAS organized health Check-up camp a grand success

State Employees Welfare and Assistance Society (SEWAS) has conducted a maga health check up camp at the HOD Campus today. More than 300 employees have participated the program. Various basic health check up were conducted  in collaboration with some private hospitals. Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, Hon'ble Minister, Health & Family Welfare, Odisha inaugurated the program. Starting from blood sample collection to Doctor Consultation there was other facilities like checking your weight, blood pressure, diabetes, BMR/BMI, PFT, ECG, eye problem etc available free of cost. Really it was a program for noble cause. So we wish such events by the society in future great success.

Monthly stipend enhanced for students pursuing D Pharm / ANM / Nursing etc

After careful consideration, Odisha Government is pleased to enhance the monthly stipend in favour of the students pursuing D Pharm, ANM, BSc Nursing, MPhil in Clinical Psychology or Psychiatric Social Work courses in Government institutions across the State.

New Medical College and Hospital at Talcher

State Government has approved setting up of a new Medical College namely Pabitra Mohan Pradhan Medical College and Hospital at Talcher.In preparation for functionalization of the new Medical College, the existing Nehru Shata di Hospital of MCL is being taken over by the Government. After careful consideration, Government have been pleased to name this hospital as the Pabitra Mohan Pradhan Government Hospital which will function as the future teaching hospital for the proposed Medical College.

ଆଜିଠାରୁ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସଚିବାଳୟ ପରିସରରେ ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ହେମୋଗ୍ଲୋବିନ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହା ଆସନ୍ତା ନଭେମ୍ବର ୩୦ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ। ମୋଟ ଛଅଟି ଷ୍ଟଲ ଖୋଲାଯାଇ ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଇ ମିନିଟ୍ ରେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦିଆଯାଇ ପାରୁଛି। 

 3T Campaign 

TEST - TREAT - TALK

Chief Secretary Sri Suresh Ch Mahapatra inaugurated the campaign termed as 3T (Test, Treat and Talk)  against anemia for all officers and employees of Lokseba Bhawan today. Six stalls for testing of anemic level with awareness materials were set up in lawn of the Lokseba Bhawan. Blood test reports could be given within two minutes.

 (AMLAN), a multi-departmental campaign to reduce anaemia or haemoglobin deficiency in the state. 

Around 55,000 Government and Government aided schools and 74,000 Anganwadis would be the points of service delivery.
