100 posts of Junior Executive Assistant has been created with abolition of 100 posts in higher ranks i.e. Senior Private Secretary, Private Secretary and Personal Assistant keeping total Sanction Strength constant.

After restructuring, the strength in different ranks will be as follows.

Odisha Secretariat Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant Amendment Rules

As per cabinet decision on 10.07.2023, induction of Group-D employees to the rank of Junior Executive Assistant (Group-C) has been revised from 5% to 20%. In this regard, notification has been published by Home Department.
