Senior Officers' Conference (all Secretaries, all Collectors, and all IAS Officers) of the State will be held on 17th January, 2020 at Convention Center at Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar followed by IAS Officers' Meet at Eco Retreat, Konark on 18th January.
