After a two minute silent prayer for late Kalandi Mallick, Caretaker (passed away on 18.01.2020) in presence of nearly more than 100 members, the General Council constituted Election Commission of three members for conducting election process to the office of the Executive Body of OSSA for the year 2020-22.

2. Manoj Kumar Pattnaik,
Section Officer, GA&PG Deptt.
3. Sudhir Ranjan Sahoo,
Assistant Section Officer, PR&DW Deptt.
Besides, it decided to collect membership fee of Rs. 100/- from new ASOs joined in 2019 and renewal fee of Rs. 50/- from existing members.
