3. OLL&Culture Department : Approval to make the recently released Hindi Movie "ZWIGATO" tax (GST) free with effect from 05.04.2023 to 30.06.2023.
4. OLL&Culture Department : Approval to make the recently released Odia Movie "Delivery Boy" tax free with effect from 21.04.2023 to 30.06.2023.
5. Skill Development & Technical Education Department : Approved the proposal for implementation of the institute development plan with an outlay of Rs.2000 cr. for transformation of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla.
7. Health & Family Welfare Department : To establish and incorporate a University as an Affiliating University in the name of "Odisha University of Health Sciences" with a total outlay of Rs.330.17 Cr. (Recurring Expenditure — Rs.100.75 Cr. & Non-recurring Expenditure — Rs.229.42 Cr.), for implementation over a period of 5 years, i.e., from 2022-23 to 2026-27.
8. Housing and Urban Development Department : Proposal for promulgation of an Ordinance relating to Ownership of an Individual Apartment in a building under article 213 (1) of the Constitution of India by repealing the Odisha Apartment Ownership Act, 1982.
9. Panchayatiraj & Drinking Water Department : Approval of safe drinking water in Bolangir District and approved the lowest tender of M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. Hyderabad amounting to Rs. 235,53,00,001/-
10. Panchayatiraj & Drinking Water Department : Approval of safe drinking water in Bolangir District and approved the lowest tender of M/s. Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., Hyderabad amounting to Rs. 187,50,00,000/-

13. New Scheme "MO GHARA" :
Under the Scheme, a beneficiary can avail housing loan upto Rs. 3 Lakh which can be repaid in 10 years excluding 1 year moratorium period in easy installments. They can opt for one of the four slabs of the loan amount - Rs.1 Lakh, 1.5 Lakh, 2 Lakh and 3 Lakh.
14. Revenue & DM Department : For construction of rest house for cancer patients and their attendants, Government has remitted Stamp duty and Registration fees amounting to Rs.14,28,700/- on execution of lease deed of land measuring Ac. 2.00 dec of Mouza- Chandihata under Jatani Tahasil in favour of BagchiSri Shankar Cancer Care Centre and Research Institute, Bhubaneswar.
15. Revenue & DM Department : Landowners can sell/transfer/partition of their `Chaka' land and updation of land records.
16. Women and Child Development Department : Cadre Restructuring
- CDPO/PO/Protection Officer -cum- Programme Officer (L-10) : Creation of 93 new posts (371+93= 464)
- DSW0s/SWO/AD-cum-US (L-12) : Creation of 13 new posts (37+13=50)
- Deputy Director-cum-Deputy Secretary (L-13) : Creation of 2 new posts (1+2=3)
17. Works Department : Development of the Konark Temple Complex. Konark Heritage Area Development Plan (KHADP). Cabinet has approved the negotiated offer of lowest Turnkey bidder M/s B.P. Construction amounting to Rs.209,73,70,000/- with target of 18 months for completion.
18. Works Department : Development of Ekamra Kshetra in Ekamra Kshetra Amenities & Monuments Revival Action Plan. Cabinet have approved the negotiated lowest Turnkey tender of M/s B.P. Construction of Rs.156,21,00,000/- with target of 18 months for completion.
