Odisha govt orders CBI probe into police SI recruitment ‘scam’
ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପୋଲିସ ସବ୍ଇନ୍ସପେକ୍ଟର ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଅନିୟମିତତା ଓ ଦୁର୍ନୀତିର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହାର ତଦନ୍ତ ଭାର କ୍ରାଇମ ବ୍ରାଞ୍ଚ ସି.ଆଇ.ଡିକୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅନୁସଂଧାନରୁ ଜଣାଯାଇଛି ଯେ ଏହି ଦୁର୍ନୀତିର ଚେର ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ସହିତ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟାପି ଥାଇପାରେ। ଏହା ସହିତ ଏହି ଦୁର୍ନୀତିରେ ଆନ୍ତଃ-ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠିତ କ୍ରିମିନାଲ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗର ସଂପୃକ୍ତି ଥିବା ନେଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ସନ୍ଦେହ କରାଯାଉଛି।
ଏସବୁକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି, ଏହି ଦୁର୍ନୀତିର ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାସ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ଅପରାଧୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ପରିସରକୁ ଆଣି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତମୂଳକ ଦଣ୍ଡବିଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହାର ତଦନ୍ତ ଭାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତ ସଂସ୍ଥା ସି.ବି.ଆଇ କୁ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
ଏସବୁକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି, ଏହି ଦୁର୍ନୀତିର ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପର୍ଦ୍ଦାଫାସ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ଅପରାଧୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ପରିସରକୁ ଆଣି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତମୂଳକ ଦଣ୍ଡବିଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହାର ତଦନ୍ତ ଭାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ତଦନ୍ତ ସଂସ୍ଥା ସି.ବି.ଆଇ କୁ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

Odisha payment of recruitment examination fees and refund Rules, 2025.
Government has decided to introduce recruitment fee to be collected from candidates for appearing any competitive examinations. The fee will refunded to the candidates who actually appear for the recruitment examination.

(1) Candidates except Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Persons with Disability (PwDs) category, applying for recruitment to any posts and services in the State Government shall be required to pay a prescribed examination fee as notified by the recruiting agency from time to time.
(2) The examination fee shall be paid through such modes and within such time limits as may be specified by the recruiting agency.

(3) The refund shall be credited to the bank account or payment method used at the time of registration, or as otherwise specified by the authority.
(4) No refund shall be admissible to candidates who fail to appear in the examination for any reason whatsoever.
(5) The authority conducting the examination shall take necessary steps to ensure transparency and efficiency in the refund process.

Recruitment Fee may be re-introduced to minimise non serious candidates
Recruitment fee for recruitment examination may be introduced and the same may be refunded to the candidates who appear examination in order to dissuaded the non-serious candidates. In this regard, views of recruitment agencies like OSSC, OSSC, OPSC has been requested by GA&PG Department.

Online application for Junior Teacher (Schematic) starts from 13th September
୨୦ ହଜାର ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୂଚନା
ରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ୨୦ ହଜାର ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଯୋଜନାଭିତ୍ତିକ (ସିମାଟିକ୍) ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଓସେପା ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ରେ ସୋମବାର ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୩ ତାରିଖରୁ ଆଶାୟୀ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ। ଓସେପାର ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ (osepa.odisha.gov.in)ରେ ଆଶାୟୀମାନେ ଆବେଦନ କରିବେ।
ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ୨୦ ହଜାର ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ଅନ୍ଲାଇନ୍ରେ କରାଯିବ।
କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ବେସଡ୍ ଟେଷ୍ଟ (ସିବିଟି) ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଇ ଆଶାୟୀ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କୁ ଚୟନ କରାଯିବ। ସମଗ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅଧୀନରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅନୁସାରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ କନିଷ୍ଠ ଶିକ୍ଷକ (ସିମାଟିକ୍)ଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବ।
ଓସେପାରେ ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାୱାରୀ ପଦବୀ, ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ସିଲାବସ୍, କେଉଁ କେଉଁ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅପଲୋଡ୍ କରାଯିବ ଆଦି ସବିଶେଷ ବିବରଣୀ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ରହିଛି।
ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟକୌଣସି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆବେଦନକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ।
ଆଶାୟୀମାନେ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଇମେଲ୍ ଆଇଡି ଏବଂ ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବର ଦେଇ ନିଜ ନାମ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କରିବେ। ଏହା ପରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ତଥ୍ୟ ଅପଲୋଡ୍ କରି ଆବେଦନ କରିବେ।
ଅନଲାଇନରେ ଆବେଦନ ଜନିତ କୌଣସି ସମସ୍ୟା ଦେଖାଦେଲେ ଆଶାୟୀମାନେ ହେଲ୍ପଡେସ୍କ୍ ନମ୍ବର: ୭୩୫୩୯-୨୭୭୭୯ ସୋମବାରଠୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ଣ ୧୦ଟାରୁ ଅପରାହ୍ଣ ୫ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିପାରିବେ। # Twitter_inprodisha

Result of Computer Skill Test has been published by OSSC and 91 candidates has been called for document verification scheduled on 12.06.2023.
It is to mention here that advertisement was published for 130 posts but sufficient candidates could not qualify computer skill Test. OSSC conducted computer skill test in three phases. But only 91 candidates found eligible. List of selected candidates. PDF
