A Hand Book for OSS Officers

Government has decided to bring out A Hand Book for OSS Officers to equip the OSS Officers with sufficient exposure to various aspects of rules, regulations, protocol, procedure and processes being followed while discharging various functions across different Departments of Secretariat. Preliminary works has already been started.
The Principal, Odisha Secretariat Training Institute invites comments and suggestions from OSS Officers for making the publication qualitative and useful.

Allotment of Departments and Sections in the Departments should be done on Rank-wise basis and option-exercise should be given to the newly recruited employees. Otherwise there is huge amount of caste feelings and partiality in each department and accordingly sections are allotted. This is my personal suggestion. I wish it was considered.
