PARKING PLACES FOR VEHICLES:

The open space in front of Lokseva Bhawan will be kept vacant during 6.30pm of 29th May to 6.30pm of 30th May for making necessary preparation for the event. Alternative arrangement has been made to park vehicles. Click here for Home Deptt.ORDER. pdf

ARRANGEMENT FOR EMPLOYEES 

1. Open space in front of lokseva bhawan has been divided into 40 blocks.
2. Each block can accommodate 50 persons.
3. Circles have been earmarked in each block at a distance of 1 metre. 
4. Maximum two blocks are allotted to any department. 
5. Secretaries of each Department may nominate the ASO/SO/DO/ US/DS etc to take part in the singing. Remaining employees to sing bande utkal janani standing in office corridor or workplaces.
