18th June : State Cabinet Decision
Cabinet meeting held today decided to inform Shri Jagannath Temple Management Committee to implement the SC directives. Also DMs have been directed to inform temple MCs in the districts & other institutions to implement SC directives. (DOWNLOAD.PDF)

18th June : Supreme Court Judgement
SC said “Art 25 of the Constitution of India itself confers the right to profess & propagate religion subject to health. We accordingly direct that there shall be no Ratha Yatra anywhere in the temple town of Odisha or in any part of the state this year” (DOWNLOAD.PDF)

9th June : Odisha High Court Judgement
