New CJ of Orissa HC: Supreme Court has recommended elevation of Justice Dr S Muralidhar, presently a judge of Punjab & Haryana High Court, to be the Chief Justice of Orissa HC.
Orissa HC Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq has been recommended for transfer to Madhya Pradesh High Court.
