After successful vaccination of employees of Odisha Secretariat, it is decided to include the staff of all HoDs/Directorates located in Bhubaneswar in second phase. The consolidated list of employees has already been sent to GA&PG Department by concerned Administrative Departments.
The employees of those offices will enter Convention Center from outside through the rear gate only. They have to show their Office Identity Card and the letter with their name in the list.

The gate connecting Convention Center to Lokseva Bhawan will be opened for the staff of Capital Hospital, BMC and GA&PG Deptt only.
