Recruitment for Junior Assistant in HOD very soon

As a step towards merger of Secretariat with Heads of Department (HoD), it was decided to stop recruitment towards the post of Junior Assistant in HoD to make their cadre dying on abolition of posts being vacant due to retirement or promotion. In this regard some major steps have already been taken. 

But now a large number of vacancies are there. So as an interim measure, it is decided by Government to fill up 50% of base level posts in each Department.
