Sri Rama Prasad Samanta, 56 yrs presently working as Desk Officer in Higher Education Department passed away. As per information he was tested Covid positive few days before.
OSS cadre lost another member in this pandemic. Within a period of two months we have lost three Under Secretaries and one ASO friend. So it's a request to all; please be careful to the current situation.
Deeply shocked, on behalf of OSS Cadre, we convey our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and pray Lord Jagannath to give them courage to bear with this irreparable loss.
