Clarification : Engagement of Manpower on outsourcing basis

  • Prior concurrence of Finance Department is mandatorily required for engaging manpower on outsourcing basis 
  • For subsequent renewal, no concurrence is required ( if no.of manpower is not more than approved earlier )
  • For additional manpower, prior concurrence is required 
  • Reference F.D.O.M.:  7460/F Dt.04.03.2025
