Clarification : Engagement of Manpower on outsourcing basis
- Prior concurrence of Finance Department is mandatorily required for engaging manpower on outsourcing basis
- For subsequent renewal, no concurrence is required ( if no.of manpower is not more than approved earlier )
- For additional manpower, prior concurrence is required

CM announces 25% hike in salaries of outsourced staff
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ଆଉଟସୋରସିଂ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଜରିଆରେ ତଥା ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକରେ ୨୫% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୩ ହଜାର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।
ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଅଧିକ ₹୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ବର୍ଷକୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୨ ଦିନ ଛୁଟି ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିବା ସହ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମାତୃତ୍ବ ଛୁଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ ବିଷୟ ବିଚାର କରି ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।
