Job is a job: whether Govt. or Private
I hereby would like
to personally inform that Government jobs in India are no longer the age old
dull with boring work environments, without any hint of excitement. Over the
years, the work culture in the Government offices has changed tremendously.
Candidates are getting selected from different backgrounds. So, everyone has
got a fair chance of clearing a Government job. You just need patience,
perseverance, hard work and a little bit of luck.
In the end, it totally
depends on the individual choice as there is no good or bad with any job. It
depends on what kind of life you want for yourself, you can excel in any job.
If you want a stable and relaxed life you better opt for a Government job. If
you are ambitious and want a challenging environment you could go for private
jobs.
Don't just go for a govt job because it has job security. First see where your interest is. I am also working in a govt organisation since one year thought that it has job satisfaction and job security. As time passed I got to realise that it has nothing in it.. You had to do the same work everyday and the work here doesn't requires any brain it's just donkey work. Nothing new, you will be surrounded with people of your parents age. Who are lazy, just doing time pass. There would be very few of your age. You will get bored. You won't get to do any work related to your field of graduation specially in public sectors, then why did you studied so much what's the use of your studies and talent. Your talent would get wasted in doing all nonsense work. The infrastructure of the offices are bad. No professionalism. I would say a private job would be better where you will do some quality work and where you can show your talent. If you work good nobody would remove your from your job in private too. In private sector there would be growth in your personality.

Disengage Notice to two ASOs
Cases under Reference:
It is so bad that due to mistakes of OPSC officials in selection process, these three ASOs had to suffer. So rather than disengagement of ASOs, we demand proper disciplinary action on those officials for which this litigation arises.
