Sub:- Promotion Adalats-regarding.

Sir, 

In supersession of letter No.27843 dated 30.09.2022 and in partial modification of the letter No.31762 dated.11.11.2022 on the above subject, I am directed to say that it has been decided to hold the Promotion Adalat on 1st - 3rd Feb, 2023 to consider the grievance of eligible Government employees whose promotion was due but could not be considered as on 31.12.2O22.

For the purpose, Government have launched a dedicated online Promotion Adalat portal (i.e. http://promotion.hrmsodisha.gov.in/) for submission of the representations by the aggrieved Government employees. Last date of submission of the representations is 27.01.2023. No other means of submission of representations other than through this portal shall be entertained.

However, the aggrieved Government employees who have already submitted their representation at gadmin.or@nic.in are not required to submit their representation again in the newly launched portal. The application received at gadmin.or@nic.in shall be forwarded to the respective Department for examination and expeditious redressal of grievances in all genuine cases.

For easy usage of the portal, user manual of the portal is available in the website of G.A. & P.G. Department (i.e. https://ga.odisha.gov.in).

Representations so received in the portal shall be downloaded and examined by the respective Administrative Department as per the existing provisions. A senior officer from each Administrative Department dealing with establishment matters of the employees will remain present with all relevant documents in the Promotion Adalat on the respective dates. For the purpose, all the Administrative Department shall nominate their Nodal Officer and furnish their name of the nominated Nodal Officers along with their Whatsapp Number.

Details of the Adalat, venue and time of the Promotion Adalat with departments allocated will be communicated subsequently.

It is requested that the A/Ds may examine each case individually and resolve the case as per existing Rules/Instructions. Only those cases which could not be resolved may be placed before the Adalat for disposal.
