SSEPD Department has communicated the order dated 23.08.2023 of Hon'ble High Court to all departments with request to publish the roster in each Department showing posts under 4% reservation for the persons with disabilities (PWDs) within three months and taking steps to fill up the vacancies within six months there of.

"4. Having regard to Section 34 of the RPWD Act, we direct the State Government to publish the roster in each Department showing posts under 4% reservation for the persons with disabilities (PWDs) in terms of the above provisions as extracted above. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from today.
5. After the roster is published, vacancies that will be available to be filled upg6 the PWDs shall be filled up within the next six months without fail.
6. In terms of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of."
