Home Department has requested all recommended candidates for appearance before concerned District Headquarter Hospitals for Medical Fitness Certificate. Last date of submission to home department (email: homesec.od@nic.in) is 12.01.2024. https://home.odisha.gov.in/node/176849
Orientation Program: (not scheduled yet)
Home Department will arrange Orientation Programme at Convention Centre, Lokseva Bhawan. On the same day, Appointment Order will be given to candidates. Candidates can join as ASO in their respective Administrative Departments allotted to them on the same day.
# But if joining within 30 days not possible, then candidates can request Home Department in advance.
Documents Required at the time of joining:
1) Medical Fitness Certificate
2) Two Character Certificates issued by two different Gazetted Officers
3) A declaration to the effect that no criminal antecedent/case is pending against him/her
4) Oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India
5) Declaration of non-contract of plural marriage
6) Caste Certificate (if candidate belongs to ST/SC/SEBC)
7) Disability Certificate
8) Sports Certificate (Identity Card of Sports Persons issued by the Director of Sports, Odisha)
9) Two self-attested passport size photographs
10) Original Certificates in support of Educational Qualifications.
