In the history of Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) Cadre, first time such a large number (533) of Assistant Section Officers have been promoted to the rank of Section Officer. (Notification) Hence, everyone outside this service are anxious to know the salary structure and work assignment for this post.

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ୫୩୩ ଜଣ ସହାୟକ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ଏଏସ୍ଓ) ଙ୍କୁ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ସେକ୍ସନ ଅଫିସର) ପଦବୀକୁ  ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାରି ହୋଇଥିବା ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ମୋଟ 339 ଜଣ ଅଣସଂରକ୍ଷିତ,  56 ଜଣ ଅନୁସୂୂୂୂୂଚିତ ଜାତି ଏବଂ 138 ଜଣ ଅନୁସୂୂୂୂୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ବର୍ଗ ର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏହି ତାଲିକାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

Dearness relief to the CG Pensioners / family at revised rates

After the O.M.Dt.23.07.2021 of Ministry of Finance (Deptt of Expenditure) regarding declaration of Dearness Allowance @28% w.e.f  01.07.2021 to the Central Government Employees, now Dearness Relief to the CG Pensioners/ family has been declared at the same rate i.e.28%.

ଜୁଲାଇ ମାସ ୩୦ ତାରିଖରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୫ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅଫଲାଇନ୍‌ରେ ମେଟ୍ରିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବ। ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଏବଂ ବ୍ଲକ୍ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ରହିବ। କୋଭିଡ୍ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ ପାଳନ ସହ ମେଟ୍ରିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପରିଚାଳନା କରାଯିବ। ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ କୋଭିଡ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରାଯିବ।

HRA increases 1% if DA crosses 25%

Recently Central Government Employees are getting House Rent Allowance at the rate of 24%, 16% and 8% of basic pay for X, Y & Z class cities respectively w.e.f 01.07.2017.

As per DoE Office Memorandum No. 2/5/2017-E.II(B) Dt.07.07.2017, rates of HRA will be raised to 27%, 18% and 9% for X, Y & Z class cities respectively when DA crosses 25% and further raised to 30%, 20% & 10% when DA crosses 50%.

The Cabinet Committee chaired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today has approved increase the Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief to pensioners with effect from 01.07.2021 to 28% representing an increase of 11% over the existing rate of 17% of the Basic Pay/Pension.
