Dt.12.03.2020 : Today in a gathering held in PR&DW Lawn called to inform the development on 5% DA Demand w.e.f. July 2019, the Convener, Odisha Secretariat Employees Federation (OSEF) claimed his discussion with Private Secretary to Hon'ble CM fruitful. As per his statement, Govt. has assured the representatives of different associations of Odisha Secretariat under OSEF that Notification on 5% DA w.e.f. 01.07.2019 will be published in first week of next month i.e. April,2020 after the Budget Session in March.
It is to mention here that, OSEF has taken initiative to place demand of 5% DA w.e.f 01.07.2019 and raised voice against the order for the said DA w.e.f. 01.01.2020 on the very next day of its circulation. They are pursuing the Senior Officers regarding development of this demand regularly.

To add hope to all, today Government in Finance Department has issued Office Memorandum regarding Dearness Relief (TI) of 5% (enhancing 12% to 17%) w.e.f. 01.07.2019 for the State Government Pensioners / Family Pensioners.
