Government has been pleased to en-cadre the posts of Assistant Section Officer, Section Officer, Desk Officer and Under Secretary in OSS Cadre in the newly created Department of Mission Shakti as follows.
- Under Secretary - 03
- Desk Officer - 01
- Section Officer - 02
- Assistant Section Officer - 11
Following encadrement, the total sanctioned strength of the posts of Under Secretary goes up from 254 to 257, Desk Officer from 326 to 327, Section Officer from 713 to 715 and Assistant Section Officer from 1569 to 1580.
