👉Uniform pay structure for all District Ministerial Cadre.
👉 There will be no common cadre.
👉Each Department will frame separate recruitment rules for the existing District Ministerial Employees.
👉 Concerned Administrative Department shall examine the requirement of employees and create / abolish posts accordingly with due concurrence of GA&PG Department.
👉 New post i.e. Assistant Section Officer in the Pay Level-9 shall be introduced.
Pay Upgradation :
- Sr. Assistant : Level - 7 to 8
- Section Officer : Level - 9 to 10
- Establishment Officer : Level - 10 to 11
- Sr. Establishment Officer : Level - 11 to 12
