ଏହି BLOG ର ସମସ୍ତ ନିୟମିତ ତଥା ସାମୟିକ ପାଠକପାଠିକା ମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମୋ ପ୍ରତି ତଥା ଏହି ବ୍ଲଗ ପ୍ରତି ଭଲପାଇବା ଏତେ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞ । ଆଜି ଏହି ବ୍ଲଗ ର PAGE VIEW ୨୨,୦୦,୦୦୦ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିସାରିଲାଣି । ସେହିପରି ଦୈନିକ PAGE VIEW ହାରାହାରି ୪୫୦୦ ରହୁଛି । ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ସବୁବେଳେ କିଛି ନା କିଛି ଉପାଦେୟ ତଥ୍ୟ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଓ ଉତ୍ସାହ ମିଳୁଛି । ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଉପାଦେୟ ସୂଚନା ଦେବାକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିବି ।
ଏଠାରେ ମୁଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ସୂଚନା ଦେବାକୁ ଚାହେଁ ଯେ, ରୋଜଗାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ବ୍ଲଗ ତିଆରି ହୋଇନାହିଁ । ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଭାବେ ଏହି ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟା ଜାରି ରଖିଛି। Google AdSence ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ରୋଜଗାର ସୁବିଧା ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ BLOGPAGEର ସୁନ୍ଦରତା ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ତଥା VISITORS ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବାଞ୍ଛିତ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ଦ୍ବାରା ବିରକ୍ତିକର ନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ସୁବିଧା କୁ BLOCK କରିଦେଇଛି ।
କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜିର କିଛି ଏକ ଭିନ୍ନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ପାଇଁ ମୋର ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧେୟ ତଥା ଅନେକ ବରିଷ୍ଠ PAGE VISITORS ମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଅନୁରୋଧ ସହ ଦାବି ରଖୁଛି ଯେ ଅତି ଜରୁରୀ ମନେକରି ନିମ୍ନରେ ଥିବା ସନ୍ଦେଶଟି ପଢନ୍ତୁ ଏବଂ ନିଜର ସାଧ୍ୟମତେ କିଛି ସହାୟତା ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କରନ୍ତୁ । ସେହି ସହଯୋଗ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୋର ପରିଶ୍ରମ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପାଇଗଲି ବୋଲି ଭାବିନେବି ।

Can the ASOs join in service on the day of Orientation?
All of us know that Orientation Program for all selected ASO Candidates has been scheduled to be held on 09.02.2024 at State Convention Center, Bhubaneswar.
Many of these people has a common query regarding joining in service on the same date. It is seen that such types of Orientation Program - cum - Handing over the Appointment Letter to Candidates were being organized at Rabindra Mandap during Day time. Hence candidates had opportunity to join their respective allotted departments in the afternoon of the same day.
But, this time candidates have to attend the program from 2pm onwards. Hence joining on the same day may not be possible. Next two days are also Government Holidays.
So, we can hope that Secretariat will receive the new group of ASOs on Monday and the administration will be more active and more strengthened.

Documents required at the time of joining:
Based on previous year appointment orders, the following documents may be required at the time of joining in respective Departments.
1) Medical Fitness Certificate
2) Two Character Certificates issued by two different Gazetted Officers
3) A declaration to the effect that no criminal antecedent/case is pending against him/her
4) Oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India
5) Declaration of non-contract of plural marriage

Sad News : Sri Sankarsan Naik, Deputy Secretary passed away
Sri Sankarsan Naik, OSS, Deputy Secretary, E&IT Department has breathed his last early morning today at his Govt quarters after suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for many years. His retirement from Government Service was due on 31.08.2024.

ସଚିବାଳୟରେ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ଭାବେ ସରକାରୀ ଚାକିରୀରେ ଯୋଗଦେବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଔପଚାରିକତା ସରିଯାଇଛି। ସେପଟେ ସମାନ୍ତରାଳ ଭାବେ Antecedent Verification ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ମଧ୍ୟ ଚାଲୁରହିଛି । ଏବେ କେବଳ Orientation / Workshop କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା।

ଯେହେତୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (ଚୟନ ପଦ୍ଧତି) ଏବେ ଅଦାଲତିକ ମାମଲାରେ ଛନ୍ଦି ହୋଇଛି, ତେଣୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର Appointment Order ମିଳିଯାଉ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନର ବିଳମ୍ବ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଅନେକ ସନ୍ଦେହ ତଥା ଭୟର ବାତାବରଣ ସ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି କରୁଛି। ଏଥି ସହିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗୁଜବ ଏହାକୁ ଅଧିକ ଖୋରାକ ଯୋଗାଉଛି।
ଯାହା ଶୁଣାଯାଉଛି, ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ ମାମଲାରେ ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ବିଧି ବିଭାଗର ମତାମତ ଲୋଡା ଯାଇଛି। ତଦ୍ ସହିତ ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୯।୦୨।୨୦୨୪ ରେ ମାମଲାର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତାରିଖ ଥିବାରୁ ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ପଡିପାରେ। ସେପଟେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୂଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦପ୍ତରରୁ Orientation ପାଇଁ ତାରିଖ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଇ ଥାଇପାରେ ।
ତେବେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ କହି ରଖେ ଯେ, ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ଖବର ଉପରେ ଆମ ପାଖରେ ସେମିତି କିଛି ସଠିକ ସୂଚନା ନାହିଁ। ସବୁ କେବଳ ଆଲୋଚନା। କିଛି ସରକାରୀ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଗୋପନୀୟ ରହିବ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ । ତେଣୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ହିଁ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ।
ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା :
ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଭାବେ ଏଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ବହୁତ ଚିନ୍ତିତ ଓ ଦୁଖିତ ମଧ୍ୟ। ଏହି ବ୍ୟାଚର ପିଲାମାନେ ଯେତିକି ମାନସିକ ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରି ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ର ପରିଚୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରଶଂସାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟ। ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କର ବ୍ୟସ୍ତତା ବିଷୟରେ ସରକାର ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଅବଗତ ଥିବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସବୁକିଛି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆଇନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କରାଯାଏ। ଏମିତି ନୁହେଁ କି କାହାର ବ୍ୟସ୍ତତା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ତରତର ହୋଇ କିଛି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଯିବେ। ଆଶା କରିବା ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ଠିକ ସମୟରେ ଠିକ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯିବ। ଆଗାମୀ ୭ ଦିନରେ ଖୁସି ଖବର ମିଳିପାରେ, କିମ୍ବା ୧୭ ଦିନ। କିନ୍ତୁ ୭୦ ଦିନ କେବେ ବି ନୁହେଁ। ଏତିକି ବିଶ୍ଵାସ ନେଇ କେବଳ ନିଜେ ନିଜକୁ ଏତିକି କହି ସାନ୍ତ୍ଵନା ଦେଇପାରିବା ଯେ, All is well - Appointment Very Soon.
