HC Orders Interim Stay On Publication Of ASO Exam Result
The Orissa High Court today issued stay on publication of final result of the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) Exam 2022 by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). However, the court allowed OPSC to continue the computer skill test which is scheduled on December 4.
As per petition filed by some candidates not found in the selected list of 1104, the procedure of sectional cut-off is not mentioned in the recruitment rule and also the same has not been followed during last three recruitment for ASO. So they demand preparation of merit list based on aggregate marks rather than subject wise cutoff.
Hence, Court has put an interim stay on publication of final result till next hearing on 20th December. But the recruitment process will continue including Computer Skill Test.
