Covid Guidelines for January 7-31
ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ "ନାଇଟ୍ କର୍ଫ୍ୟୁ" ଏଣିକି ରାତି ୧୦ଟା ବଦଳରେ ରାତି ୯ଟାରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।
ଦ୍ବାଦଶ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଯାଏଁ ଶ୍ରେଣୀଗୃହ ପାଠପଢା ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ।
ହାଟ, ଦୋକାନ ବଜାର ଇତ୍ୟାଦିରେ କୋଭିଡ୍ ନିୟମର ପାଳନ ଦୋକାନ/ମଲ୍ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ମାଲିକଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତରଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ରହିବ। ନିୟମ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କଲେ ୭ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନକୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ସିଲ୍ କରିବେ।
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧିନସ୍ଥ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ଯାଳୟ ଗୁଡିକ ଆସନ୍ତା ସପ୍ତାହରୁ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ କ୍ଷମତାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ। ସେହିପରି ରାଜ୍ୟର ଘରୋଇ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗୁଡିକ ସୀମିତ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଷ୍ଟାଫ୍ଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ କାମ କରିବା ସହିତ ୱର୍କ୍ ଫ୍ରମ୍ ହୋମ୍ ବିକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକାରୀ କରିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।
ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦୦ ଜଣ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିପାରିବେ। ଇଣ୍ଡୋର୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ହଲ୍ କ୍ଷମତାର ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେବ।
ପିକ୍ନିକ୍, ମେଳା, ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ।
ରାଜନୈତିକ, କ୍ରୀଡା ତଥା ଶୈକ୍ଷିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୦୦ ଜଣ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିପାରିବେ।

Odisha School Re-opening for Std/Class I to V - from 3rd January
ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଥମରୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ଯାଏଁ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୭ ହଜାର ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ୩ ତାରିଖରୁ ଖୋଲିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ୧୦ମ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ୫ତାରିଖରୁ ୮ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମେଟିଭ୍-୧ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବାର ଅଛି, ସେହି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ୧୦ଜାନୁୟାରୀ ଠାରୁ ଖୋଲାଯିବ। ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ୟାନ୍ତର ବିନା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ନ ୯ଘଟିକା ଠାରୁ ୧୨ ଘଟିକା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଖୋଲା ରହିବ। ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ ଯୋଜନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଶୁଖିଲା ରାସନ ଯୋଗାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅନ୍ୟ ଆଦେଶ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପୂର୍ବ ପରି ଜାରି ରହିବ।

Sunil Murmu, Assistant Section Officer (OPSC 2018) now working in Works Department has got his name in the final selection list of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) in PR&DW Department.
Last year, he had been selected for Odisha Municipality Administrative Officer (OMAS) also. His punctuality and dedication towards work as well as sincere effort for his career has brought such series of success in last three years.

OSS CADRE in 2021 : Untimely Death
The year 2021 may have brought happiness and prosperity to many people and organization. But Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) Cadre has lost many of its Officers before their retirement. Before entering into another New Year 2022, we pray almighty not to bring such loss further to any family of this cadre. Besides we remind them and wish their soul rest in peace. During the year 2021, OSS Cadre has lost 13 (thirteen) Officers of different ranks i.e. from ASO to Additional Secretary.

National Movement for Old Pension System (NMOPS)
Members of different Service Association attended the meeting on resumption of Old Pension System (OPS) and withdrawal of New Pension System (NPS) in the OSSA House, Near Rajib Bhawan, Bhubaneswar which was organised by National Movement for Old Pension System (NMOPS).
