High Court directed OPSC to publish merit list as per 2016 policy : Judgement reserved

Hearing the petitions on ASO Written Examination Result published on November 7, 2022, the High Court has reserved the judgment which is expected to be released in next two days. However, based on statements of both advocates as given to media, OPSC will publish marks of all candidates publicly (not individually) to maintain transparency.
As per statements to media by the the counsel of the petitioners;
  • Court directed OPSC to publish the result of the recruitment examination as per the policy of 2016 (5395 Dt.03.09.2016 / Download.PDF) and not to follow the corrigendum of 2022  (1395 Dt.16.02.2022 / Download.PDF)
  • Revised merit list will be published.
  • OPSC to publish the marks of all the candidates who appeared in the examination. 
  • The OPSC has been told to release the marks after completion of the recruitment process. 
As per statements to media by the the counsel of the OPSC;
  • HC refused to entertain the petitions filed by candidates alleging irregularities in the selection process.
  • No revised merit list is to be published.
  • Recruitment process will be continued as scheduled.
  • Only for current ASO recruitment, as per order of Hon'ble Court, the marks of all candidates will be made open to all. But in other recruitments, candidates can view their individual marks only as per existing policy.

  • ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଚାଲୁ ରହିବ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଯାଂଚ ଏବଂ କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ଟେଷ୍ଟ ନିର୍ଧାରିତ ତାରିଖରେ କରାଯାଇ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ। 
  • ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ତାଲିକା ପରେ ହିଁ Answer Key, Cut Off Marks, Individual Marks  ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ। 
  • ମାନ୍ୟବର ଅଦାଲତ ୨୦୧୬ର ପଲିସି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କେବଳ ଏହି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ମାର୍କ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।  ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ୨୦୨୨ ସଂଶୋଧିତ ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଜଣେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମାର୍କ ଦେଖିବାର ପ୍ରାବଧାନ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। 
କିନ୍ତୁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ଅଦାଲତଙ୍କ ରାୟ ଆସିବା ପରେ ହିଁ ଠିକ୍ ତଥ୍ଯ ଜଣାପଡିବ।
