Because of delay in recruitment process for ASO, it's being difficult to manage day to day work of different departments in Odisha Secretariat, many departments have invited application from retired Government Servant of Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) Cadre for engagement of OSD on contractual basis for base level work against vacant post of Assistant Section Officer.
Recently, P&C Department have issued notification for engagement of eight (08) post of OSD.
