One writ appeal (WA / 1561 / 2023 : Satyabrata Nayak Vrs Rajat Kumar Mishra) has been filed in High Court against the order / judgment dt.19.05.2023 passed by single judge in WP(C) No.32174 / 2022 regarding ASO recruitment by OPSC.
Similarly, another writ appeal (WA / 1822 / 2023 : Kabita Jena Vrs Rajat Kumar Mishra) has been filed in High Court against the order / judgment dt.31.07.2023 passed by single judge in WP(C) No.19402 / 2023 and RVWPET 257 / 2023 regarding ASO recruitment by OPSC.
Now both the cases have been listed for hearing today i.e. on 9th August, 2023 in the Division Bench constituting THE CHIEF JUSTICE and MISS JUSTICE SAVITRI RATHO.

NOTE : All the Writ Petitions, Review Petitions, Contempt Petitions have been disposed of with direction to OPSC to redraw fresh merit list based on aggregate marks.
