ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଅମଲା ସଂଘ (OMOA) ତରଫରୁ ଆଜି ଜୟଦେବ ଭବନରେ ଏହାର ଜରୁରୀ କାଉନସିଲ ସଭା ଆହୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏଥିରେ ସବୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାଗଣ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ଯର ଅମଲା ମାନଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇଁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦାବୀଗୁଡିକ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟପନ୍ଥା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରଖିଥିଲେ। ବିଶେଷ କରି ଜୁନିଅର ଆସିଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଟ ମାନଙ୍କର ଗ୍ରେଡ ପେ ୧୯୦୦ ବଦଳରେ ୪୨୦୦ କରିବାକୁ ବହୁଦିନରୁ ଦାବୀ ହୋଇ ଆସୁଛି।
ସର୍ବସମ୍ମତି କ୍ରମେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୭ ନଭେମ୍ବର ରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଏକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ / ଧାରଣା ପାଇଁ ସଂଘ ତରଫରୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ଆଜିର ସଭାକୁ କେବଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍ତରର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ସ୍ୱତଃ ପ୍ରବ୍ରୁତ ଭାବେ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ଯାରେ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ସଂଘକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଥିଲେ।

Till today the real work of a District Cadre Ministerial Officer is hide by others. No one is realizing the sacrifices of the said employees for the Govt. The Hon'ble M.L.A., Chitrakonda has described the real work of the District Cadre Ministerial employees in his letter. All should go through the said letter once. I salute him. He is great.
