Sad News : Smt Sabita Singh (OSS), Under Secretary passed away

She passed away yesterday night i.e. on 10.11.2021 at the age of 53 years. As per information she had been admitted in a private hospital two days back but she was found multiple organ failure in acute stage. She had left with two sons and husband.
May her soul rest in peace and may God grant her family the strength to endure this great loss.

Odisha School Reopening: Classes 6, 7 to resume offline on Nov 15
Schools for classes 6 and 7 would reopen from November 15. Teaching hours for these students will be 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, out of which three hours will be used for education. Students are allowed to attend classes either online or offline mode. Attendance is not mandatory for students in offline mode.

CM announces 25% hike in salaries of outsourced staff
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ଆଉଟସୋରସିଂ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଜରିଆରେ ତଥା ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକରେ ୨୫% ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୩ ହଜାର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।
ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଅଧିକ ₹୧୦୦ କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ବର୍ଷକୁ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୨ ଦିନ ଛୁଟି ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିବା ସହ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମାତୃତ୍ବ ଛୁଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ ବିଷୟ ବିଚାର କରି ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (2016=100) for September, 2021 increased to 123.3 points compared to 123.0 points for August, 2021.

Hence, expected DA for September, 2021
= (347.1- 261.4) /261.4 x 100 = 32.8
N.B. The Union Government has announced 31% DA (3% hike) wef July 1, 2021.
