ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା ଦିବସ "ଅଭ୍ୟାନ୍ନ ୨୦୨୩" ଉଦଯାପିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଓଡିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ମୁଖ୍ଯ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଜେନା ମୁଖ୍ଯ ଅତିଥୀ ଭାବେ ଯୋଗଦେଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ଓ ବୈଷୟିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଉଷା ପାଢୀ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥୀ ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ମଞ୍ଚରେ ସଂଘର ସଭାପତି ଅଜୟ କୁମାର ସ୍ୱାଇଁ, ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱତ୍ନ ବରାଳ ଏବଂ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ସଭ୍ଯ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ରାଉତ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିଥିଲେ। ଆଂକାକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରିୟଦର୍ଶିନୀ ପ୍ରଧାନ ମଞ୍ଚ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିଲେ। ମହିଳା ମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ଓଜସ୍ୱୀ ବକ୍ତବ୍ଯ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଚିନ୍ମୟୀ ପଣ୍ଡା ନିଜର ମତ ରଖିଥିବାବେଳେ ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ରାଉତ ସଂଘର ସଭ୍ୟ ମାନଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ନିଜର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ତଥା ଦାବୀ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ (OSSA) ତରଫରୁ ଲୋକ ସେବା ଭବନ ପରିସରରେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ମହିଳା ଦିବସ ଉପଲକ୍ଷେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ‘ଅଭ୍ୟାନ୍ନ  ୨୦୨୩’ ଉଦଘାଟିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ସଚିବାଳୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ମହିଳାମାନେ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ଯାରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସାଫଲ୍ୟ ମଣ୍ଡିତ କରିବା ସହିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତା ରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ନିଜର ଲୁକ୍କାୟିତ ପ୍ରତିଭାର ପରିପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ।

ସଂଘର ସଭାପତି ଅଜୟ କୁମାର ସ୍ୱାଇଁଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଆୟୁକ୍ତ ତଥା ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଅନୁ ଗର୍ଗ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୋଭା ଶର୍ମା, କମିଶନର ତଥା ଶାସନ ସଚିବ, ମହିଳା ଓ ଶିଶୁ ବିକାଶ ବିଭାଗ ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ରୂପା ରୋଶନ ସାହୁ, କମିଶନର ତଥା ଶାସନ ସଚିବ, ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ଓ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି, ଉନ୍ନୟନ, ସଂଖ୍ୟାଲଘୁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟ ଓ ପଛୁଆ ବର୍ଗ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗ  ଯୋଗଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଆଗନ୍ତୁକ ଅତିଥି ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭବ୍ୟ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରାଯାଇ ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗର ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଅମରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବେହାରାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଙ୍କିତ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ପୋଟ୍ରେଟ ଚିତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇ ଅଭିବାଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

1991-batch IAS officer Smt Anu Garg assumed charge as the Development Commissioner (DC) of Odisha. 

She is the 1st woman IAS officer to be appointed as DC, which is ranked as the 2nd most important post in State Bureaucracy.
