Quarter allotment for September, 2021 has been published by GA&PG department in e-Quarter website.
If a quarter is allotted to you ....
👉Take print out of the draft allotment order (in duplicate) from website using your user ID and password and sign it as a token of acceptance.
- Submit the same at the Facilitation Center (Estate Court behind Lokseva Bhawan) by 18th of the current month.
- Collect the said allotment order approved by appropriate authority (Deputy Director of Estates, GA Department) from the same counter after 2-3 Days.
- Furnish the undertaking before Rent Officer, GA(Rent) Department ( located at Ground Floor of HoD Building) and get the allotment order stamped.
- Then furnish the allotment order stamped by GA (Rent) Department before Assistant Engineer (R&B) of the concerned area for taking occupation of the quarter.
- At the same time, collect the key of concerned quarter from the O/o the A.E.(R&B).
- Get the Occupation report signed by Assistant Engineer (R&B) and submit the same to GA(Rent) Department along with three copies of allotment order within 2 days positively.
- Get the three copies of allotment order stamped by GA(Rent) Department mentioning date of occupation.
- R&B : Repairing and colouring of rooms, kitchen, door & window
- CESU : Electricity Connection to to the quarter
- GED : Repairing of electric wiring, installation of electric points as required and providing fans
- PHD: Repairing bathroom, toilet and installation of Basins, mirror, kitchen sinks, nubs of the water points.
# Don't try to edit Changes or Application menu during this process.

Take the latest salary SLIP signed by D.D.O. while submitting undertaking at G.A.(Rent). (You will get the updated Occupation report from here)
Then get that stamped Allotment order signed by the R & B office near Satya Nagar over the bridge(In front of the IB) before going to your concerned area R & B Engineer (I was asked to go there after allotment in Unit IX).
Take a lock when you go to take the key.

Electricity connection-Deposit Security deposit at TPDCOL near IMFA Park, Take the receipt and deposit at the nearest substation. Payment only in cash, 2KW- 1290/-
